Comcast has the WORST customer service, my husband was on the phone with them TRYING to resolve a billing issue we had for FOUR hours. If we could get satellite service we would BUT where we live we have some crazy weather a lot so our satellite service would be lousy due to the weather. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone
