They usually are low on donuts. Their drive thru is usually slow. They can’t make the coffee to your order. Order light and sweet and it always comes back with little sugar and almost no cream. Now they do not have the coffee\donut meals. So you’ll be paying more for a coffee and donuts. I’d rather go to Martin’s for donuts, better tasting and cheaper.

I stopped here for a quick coffee as I was driving through WV on Interstate 81. It is about a mile off the exit with a couple stoplights between the exit and the Dunkin Donuts.
It is a stand alone Dunkin Donuts (not attached to a gas station! — those of us who are Dunkin snobs can appreciate this). It has a drive-​thru. I opted for the drive-​thru and got my iced coffee made to perfection. It was the pick me up that I needed for my drive!

This place annoys me! Their hours are always changing, they hardly ever have glazed donuts and the drive thru is soooo slow! Good food but i would rather drive further to another DD!!!

Great place, quick service and very clean.
I’m a hardcore coffee person and due to the lack of Starbucks, I came here. The coffee will do. But I appreciated the customer service and the cleanliness.
Will return. ;)

Stopped there while passing through. Wanted a box of 25 munchkins for the morning. I was told they only had three varieties. One of which we didn’t want.
Maybe it’s because we stopped there at 815 pm.
Seem to me they should have a regular stock of donuts since it’s called dunkin donuts.
The person working the window was friendly and made my ice tea exactly how I wanted it.

Stopped here on the way back from a vacation. Mind blowing. Their ordering system was obviously not working correctly at the time. I can understand why the service would be incredibly slow, but why was my simple order ruined?
Once I pulled up to the window to pay and get my food, they asked me to repeat my order. They didn’t know the contents of their sandwiches by name (there aren’t that many), so I had to tell them literally 3 times what I wanted on an ingredient by ingredient basis. Got the sandwich, which of course was still messed up. Added cream and sugar that I didn’t want to the coffee. Sigh.
