Jiffy Lube

Pros:
The garage is generally empty and customers generally experience a low wait time. The lobby appears to be clean with a few creature comforts (TV, magazines, water machine, etc.). The shop is located in a convenient location right off Edwin Miller Blvd.
Cons:
The staff came across as being very «hickish» and unrefined. The lady that runs the front desk is a little on the brash side and the mechanics do not speak clearly. The staff is usually also very pushy in regards to purchasing their over priced air filters. The staff at this Jiffy Lube expressed that Honda requires all their vehicles to use synthetic oils. If you are looking for a cheap oil change for a Honda look elsewhere…
Bottom line:
Jiffy Lube is a decent run of the mill shop. Consumers should educate themselves with oil changing procedures before choosing a shop. Jiffy Lube provides a valuable service at a decent price depending on make and model of vehicle.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years. Just found this one since I moved to the area. I would say this is one of the best I have been to. The garage area and waiting area were clean. People working there were very friendly and the service was fast. I had my oil changed and tires rotated in about 20 minutes. Don’t think that has ever happened before. Try to get that at a dealership.
