Incredibly slow and rude service. Most of the time all I want is sweet tea, but they always mess that up too. How can you mess sweet tea up, McDonald’s?!? It’s always either watered down, warm, or unsweet. The employees act like they hate their jobs, and unfortunately… they probably do. That’s probably why every time I have to go there, there’s an entire new staff.

Very horrible service. My brother slipped and fell on the floor and bit through his lip. They never apologized or anything. They have messed up our orders several times. One MANAGER emptied the ladies trash can in the bathroom. Never washed her hands and proceeded to serve people. Workers are rude and ignorant. If I could give 0 stars I would. Most likely not going to come back unless I absolutely have to.

Slowest service ever at a McDonald’s. Took almost 6 minutes for my order to arrive and didn’t even apologize. Will I come here again? No!

Do not be fooled by the modern look. The staff is utterly incompetent and they will 100% certainly screw your order up! Plan on spending 30 mins in the car if you order breakfast food early in the AM.

If you can avoid this restaurant please do. They constantly mess up your order or forget to put something in the bag. Employees and management are rude and the bathrooms are usually dirty. My husband and I have stopped eating here because of their lack of customer service and food quality standards.
