The actual optometry services are as expected however each of my three office visits have wait times that grow longer and longer. I’ve arrived on time and with required documentation and insurance info. With such intense online competition for eyeglasses and contacts, I’m surprised the the staff is not more on point with scheduling and reducing wait times. The office appears to have few open appointment times which makes me wonder if they should consider adding staff. It’s not uncommon to wait 35 to 50 past appointment time to see a provider. Needless to say, I will not return.
