Terrible experience with this place. The funeral director actually refused to do our funeral, after originally agreeing to do it, because we disagreed with him on an issue. Very unprofessional and found out later another funeral home removed him from their business for the very same reason. They are very much concerned with the almighty dollar, and not focused on accommodating you in a desperate time of need. Keep that in mind before you choose this business because there ARE other options, like The Funeral Chapel in Bloomington. Go with them!
