Great prices, convenient location and I was able to make an appointment within a few days of calling. My pup was not too happy when I dropped her off but was having fun when I picked her up. The grooming job was fantastic too!

After swearing off the Petsmart Pet Salon in Destin, I was in need of a new groomer. I looked at some places and decided to try this one out. I’ve taken my two dogs to get groomed here twice now and each time they have done a great job and for half the price of Petsmart. I was paying $ 120 for my two dogs and they don’t even need cuts! Just bath, brush and nail grinding. I pay about $ 60 for my two dogs each time I go to Dogs R Us. The only negative is that they don’t take credit cards, but that’s not an issue for me. A quick trip to the ATM is not a problem. The best thing about it all is that my female Kai Ken will not try to leap over the counter when it was time for me to leave. She can easily clear any counter even while her leash is on. She did this at Petsmart every time! She’s a scaredy cat but she seems to be ok here. :)

Joanne and her staff have been grooming my two Shih Tsus for Bout 8 years now and I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else. She is amazing and her staff are excellent as well. They are extra careful with feisty one and I love the way they groom them both. I recommend them to all my pet owner friends!

I couldn’t be happier with the job they did on my dog this morning! It was my dog’s first time at the groomers and she was a little nervous but she left looking happy so I know she was treated well. The staff was friendly and thorough about how I wanted her groomed. We will definitely be taking our dog here from now on!
