Denny’s

The never answer they’re phone but the food is okay and when I go up there the manager always say «Well the phone is working in unsure why everyone is saying that» Well Mr. Manager if everyone is complaining about y’all not answering the phone MAYBE you should have the phone fixed or higher better employees that wants to answer the phone! You have «Car side» ordering well ANSWER YOUR PHONE SO WE CAN ORDER !

Worst Service we have experienced in awhile. The Food was good but the eggs were cold. Antonio our server was the worst server we have experienced in awhile. We only went here for the price of breakfast should have went to IHOP.

Always a good meal here. Staff works hard and very polite. We frequent this one often and are never disappointed. This location was very recently remodeled and it is awesome, clean and attractive. There are big flat screens, to watch a game while you dine. Nice bonus!

The last visit!!! 4^th of July 2015 — Dinner.
Sorry to say… but true! After several visits to my next door, nearest restaurant at Dorsett, Maryland Heights, I was served so badly!!!
My family of 3 were served with just a single set of fork, knife, spoon & tissue paper for dinner! Nobody ever attended after serving for the first time, never came back for any additional order or even bills!!!
While complaining about this at billing counter, the person at billing counter only offered us to talk with the manager… No apologies what so ever!

If you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all pretty much. Breakfast food was hot and good. My husband had a hair in his eggs which they quickly corrected and apologized for. The waiter never refilled our drinks or checked to make sure we were alright with everything.
Not sure about returning.

This place is disgusting. I’ve been here twice and both times found a hair in my food. If you go late night the staff is overworked and under paid and their attitude is poor.
I don’t blame the staff but management needs to do a better job at hiring quality employees. They also need to pay tension in the kitchen before someone gets really sick.
I do not like fast food but I would much rather eat at a McDonald’s or Taco Bell over this disgusting restaurant. I would never go back there even if I got free meals for the rest of my life. It is that gross.

I have only been to this location once, and it was at night. I order breakfast, my sausage was pink in the middle (I’m pregnant!) the french toast was not good, it tasted like burnt eggs. Our waitress didn’t refill our drinks, and someone else brought our food. Our waitress literally was just walking around and talking. We finally had to ask for our check, she brought it back to the table and stood there until my fiancé finished filling out the tip and took it. (RUDE) I will never go back to this location, who wants to risk blowing money on terrible service AND food.

I had the nachos and they were great, the servers get a triple a rating. People were coming in.

Dennys has some tasty choices and I think this is one of the better locations. I usually meet my mom and grandma here on Saturday mornings.

Not at all good. Food was too oily. We ordered veggie skillet and grilled salmon, salmon was over cooked and veggies were like floating in oil. Couldnt eat any of them so ordered Pan cakes which were okay.

It’s a Dennys. The food was ok. the service was ok. The place in general was ok.

Food is as good as any other dennys. Bathroom is clean but below average. Usually pretty decent service.

Came in for an early lunch. The food arrived quickly and was great. What prompted me to write a review was the impressive service provided by Ruby. She was quick, attentive, filled your coffee cup frequently, and was so courteous without being overwhelming. So rare to see that now a days. Will have to come back just for that :)

Awesome place… Good things are: open 24 hrs, good range of options, neat and clean with good service… And finally fits to your pockets…

It takes over 30 minutes to make 4 chicken strips — small chicken strips. Probably acceptable if they the Mac n cheese was fresh pasta or they were out back killing the chicken. If I would have taken the time to drive to CB, I would have been finished before my food at CB before my meal arrives at Denny’s. It wasn’t even off-​the-​stove/​oven/​fryer hot.
I also don’t think the owner or mgr cares about the service you receive anyway when he knows there is only one cook.

It’s a Denny’s. You know what you are getting into before you walk in.
This Denny’s is almost always clean and the staff are great. There used to be a few seedy people working here, but I have not seen them in a while and that makes me happy.

I love love love this Denny’s. Not just any Denny’s, THIS Denny’s. I go here to study at night during the school year (because I CANNOT study at home with 2 lil kids) and usually stay for 2 – 3 hours. Generally I just drink coffee, but every few times I get either some dinner or just a snack. I always sit in the waitress Heena’s section because she is the absolute best server I have ever ever had in any restaurant anywhere. She is so kind to let me study and do homework for hours and never gives me an attitude for taking her table up for so long (granted, I only come in when it’s slow, I’d never do that to any waitress when it was busy). The food is good, nothing fantastic, nothing bad. I usually just get a side of chicken breast with swiss cheese and a side of broccoli. Always yummy. Or sometimes the seasoned fries. Yummmm. Coffee is always good. But really, it’s the service that gets 5 stars. If you go, ask if Heena is there. You will never be disappointed.

Can’t beat the customer service especially when you get to know the night staff pretty well. They have been working at this location for a while. Take care of them and they will make your Denny’s experience worth it no matter what time of the night.

You want to know something? I’m not exactly sure when I became so obsessed with bread pudding. I wish I could pinpoint the exact moment when I shifted from a casual fan to a hard-​core enthusiast. But I honestly can’t remember when that happened.
All I know is that I’m in love with the stuff. And if a restaurant has it on their menu, I will make every effort to visit.
So when Sarah S. told me about a place that offered Bread Pudding French Toast, I knew I had to go. And SOON.
The only caveat? This place was Denny’s. Em-​effing DENNY’S.
*sigh*
I tried to quiet my inner food snob. I strongly considered not going. Was it REALLY worth it?
Y’all know I’m just kidding, right? This is the same girl that ate the Double Down at KFC. Of COURSE I’m going to Denny’s!
And…Fat & Nasty Night was born. Me and 7 other fabulous Unilocalers crashed Denny’s and chowed down.
I guess this is the part where I should, you know, REVIEW the food instead of boring you all with my obsessive bread pudding shenanigans.
I started with a sugar cookie shake. Oh, Denny’s. I wonder how many calories and grams of fat were in this AMAZING shake? It was great.
I also sampled the Red Velvet Pancake Puppies that Joselyn ordered. They were served with a cream cheese icing for dipping. Yum.
Okay, on to the main event: Bread Pudding French Toast. Are you tired of reading yet? Because I’m tired of typing. I should really learn how to stop being so long-​winded. Geez.
I wasn’t a fan. The idea was great, and I’d like to see another place successfully execute the idea, but yeah. We’re talking about Denny’s here. It just fell flat. The french toast was kind of on the hard side, and the drizzle of icing (or whatever that was) didn’t do much to add to the flavor. Oh well.
On the bright side, the turkey bacon I ordered was delicious! Oh, and I had an order of pumpkin pancakes, as well. Fat & Nasty Night, remember? We do it big. The pancakes weren’t good, either, for the record.
In summary? 5 stars for Fat & Nasty Night, 5 stars for awesome Unilocalers, 5 stars for our kickass waiter (seriously, he rocked), and 2 stars for the food.

Are you serious? You’re doing review on Denny’s? Umm, yeah, so what? Yes, this conversation was imaginary, but I’m certain there are food critics in the world who would question my motives. Is it so that I can get my first «First» on Unilocal?Maybe… Is it because I love breakfast foods and could eat them all day every day at any time? FO SHO!
Denny’s is Denny’s, wherever you go, right? Wrong! This particular Denny’s has had great service whenever I’ve been there, and I go quite often. The waitresses there know me by now and have a colander of Diet Coke ready for me when I sit down. Yes, it’s true, I love Diet Coke… a LOT… Any friend of mine that’s dined out with me would be able to attest to this.
There is a brand new value menu at Denny’s, which I was excited to try out. They offer endless pancakes for just $ 4 and biscuits and gravy for like $ 2! There’s even a pretty tasty omelette for just $ 6! If you’re a breakfast food lover, you have to go in and try some of these super value deals.
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and at Denny’s you can have it ²⁴⁄₇. Mmm, mmm, mmm.
