My bread today was soooo stale!!! I eat here a lot on my lunch break but today’s sandwich was terrible!!! Update— Returned to this location again on 12÷10÷15 and my bread was once again VERY stale. I will NOT be returning to this location and I will continue to notify my entire office building to visit another branch.

Almost gave me the wrong order. Ordered a ham and turkey sandwich. The ham had so much gristle I had to peel it off. The lettuce was wet. Rather gross sandwich overall.

So while at work i start to get the munchies for something fresh and delicious the first thing that pops in my head is Jimmy Johns! I remember that there is one right up the street from my work so I hoped on Unilocal to get their number! Now from Unilocal GPS mapper it tells me I’m only 1.4 miles away from them and it only takes 5 mins to drive. Well I’m at work and cannot leave for lunch so I figured there is no way they cannot deliver to me right? I have had co workers who have ordered from them before and had no problem. WRONG! For some reason our location cannot be delivered to anymore. When asked why they said its too far out of their range but they would deliver it to a location at the top of the street… Really the top of the street? You cannot drive down the hill 2 blocks and just give it to me? The person on the phone knew our business and knew the location, so to me it made no sense to all of a sudden stop going down the street? I think that Jimmy Johns is delicious don’t get my 2 stars wrong! This is not a review of taste but of customer service. I understand that once you limit your delivery range it’s not a costumer service issue but when they pride themselves on fast delivery and great food I would then think delivery would be one of their MAIN goals in making the customer happy. I have seen some reviews about Jimmy Johns and they seemed kinda ridiculous to me. But now some of them make sense. I would think the reason of owning a business would be to make money not loose money. This is not the first time I’ve had«issues» with a Jimmy Johns but it is going to be the last. Will not be going to this Jimmy Johns or any other until I start to see an improvement in keeping a organized mind when it comes to how each Jimmy Johns is run.

Really fast delivery to our pharmacy several times a day. Love the #11 with extra tomatoes, ez lettuce and extra mayo! The bread is always really fresh!

Great service. Great sandwiches. No napkins but worth it. The was a little longer than the TV advertisement.

Let me get this straight. You CANNOT add mustard to a slim sandwich because it is a freebie? You can only add something that you will charge for? Explain that stupid policy to me. I always order a turkey unwich, add cheese, bacon and spicy mustard. At a different location recently, they suggested a cheaper version, the slim turkey add bacon and cheese and they added mustard for me, no problem. Today, I visit my local store and ask for the slim turkey as described above and they flat out will not add mustard to it because they tell me it is a «freebie»? But I can add bacon and cheese because«there is a charge»? Huh? But I can order the normal(non slim) turkey sandwich and tell them to hold mayo and tomato(saving them money) and add mustard and that is ok? I walked out. There are plenty of lunch options in the area. I just wanted spicy mustard on a sandwich! Is that so much to ask? Seriously stupid policies like that are what is the downfall of customer service these days. I have worked in restaurants and I have never heard anything like that. Am I missing something that makes this policy worth losing customers over? Also consistency in policy across franchises would be nice. It would have saved me the frustration today of trying to order a sandwich with a condiment on it that normally is a freebie. And the deep sigh from the young girl unable to adequately defend this policy was bad customer service. Sandwich spots are a dime a dozen. I’ll find somewhere that allows me to add mustard to a freaky sandwich.

Friendly and a young group of energetic individuals. Hopefully not a career. Love the French bread ! Only 4 or 5 flavor of of chips.

Unusual for a Jimmy Johns to have a drive thru. This was an old Wendy’s location back in the day if I’m remembering correctly. Insanely fast! By the time you get from the speaker to the window your sandwich is done. Great place to go. Cheap and healthy.

I like Jimmy Johns maybe not as much as my fiancée but that’s because personally I like Subway more. Subway doesn’t deliver though so I eat Jimmy Johns much more than Subway!

Freakishly fast, that’s for sure. I use the drive-thru the most often and they normally have my sammie ready before I’m done paying. I have never had them mess an order up either. I’ve had their delivery once and it was fast and correct as well. 95% of the time, service is great. The workers are normally friendly and pleasant. A couple hit and miss times, I’ve gotten someone who doesn’t say anything at all… not a word. No hi, thank you, fuck off, stick your sammie up your ass… nothing. But that’s usually not the case, so all in all, I’m very happy with this location and they do a great job. It’s definitely my go-to place when time is of the essence. Oh, and I usually add BACON to whatever I order. Cause, it’s bacon, duh.

Everytime I come here my sandwich is usually made already before I am finished collecting my change from the register. The only thing I could ask for is more variety but I’m not complaining at all. Delivery also only takes them about 10 minutes to come to my house.

I have had delivery, drive-thru, and sit down from here. I am a big fan of the VITO… they are true to their word and FAST… i had my sandwich in my hand before I was even done paying. When dining in — the tables needed to be wiped down in a more efficient manner and the loud music needed to be changed to a different station… It wasn’t comfortable to sit inside and dine. If you put on music that was a little more audience friendly and not like animals and people being tortured and screaming and also turn it down a few notches you may be doing a good thing…

I just grabbed a sandwich for a quick lunch because I am in a lazy mood and do not feel like preparing something. I felt I went to the perfect place to get a quick sandwich and let me tell you, when I say quick, I mean QUICK! I was so surprised as to how fast I got my food, it was even faster than fast food! Plus, I even went through the drive thru which was another reason why I think the process was so quick too. Plus, my being lazy really made the drive thru that much more enjoyable. I recognized that someone had mentioned leaving the parking lot to turn left onto McKelvey was difficult and that is something I noticed too but I am aware that there is a back route to go behind the Walgreens. So that is a tip for folks! :) The thing that I did not like about my experience at Jimmy johns today was that the customer service was bland. No «Hi, how ya doing?» or «That rain sure did cool us down today!» I don’t know but I like that little bit of personality. Call me crazy. Another thing, in the fastness of Jimmy John’s service, I felt they made their product sloppy. When I got home, my sandwich was all in shambles and falling out of the bread. Its not THAT big of a deal but still, more of a reason question the effectiveness of the fastness. Overall, Jimmy Johns has some good sandwiches and knowing me I do love those«Free Smells» I would say that they are a bit pricey-er versus Subway for example; for the cost of a sub a Jimmy Johns you can get a footlong and a drink at Subway. Yet, sometimes its good to splurge on a Jimmy Johns sandwich.

Fast, tasty, and a drive-thru! Only downside from my perspective is that this location doesn’t accept discover cards and driving out of the parking lot can be tricky if you’re turning left no matter what time of the day.

Yeah, I don’t know. I’ve waited to review this to see if my overall impression changes and it really hasn’t. Jimmy Johns has going for it the fact that you can walk in at 12:02 and sit down with your sandwich at 12:07. That’s about it. The bread is meh, the fixings are meh. The greatest part of the experience is that you get to spend the least amount of time there as possible — that doesn’t sound like a long term winning business plan to me.

Jimmy Johns is, in my opinion, your average run of the mill sandwich shop. I do enjoy going here if I need a sub«freaky fast» and their subs generally taste pretty good but I also consider Subway and Quiznos to taste pretty good. My favorite sandwich here is the Italian Night club, however it is also the worst sandwich for you with more fat and calories than a double quarter pounder with cheese. Because of this I normally get a Big John unwhich, which is much better for my waist line(wow did I really just say that?!). The staff at this location is always nice and the one time I went in it was very clean.

Extremely fast service. This building is an old Wendy’s with a drive thru window. I love the drive thru at this JJ’s. It’s faster than any other drive thru anywhere. Great sandwiches just like all the locations. Great ingredients, great bread, great everything. Subway just doesn’t hold a candle to this place.

It’s Jimmy John’s…what else is there to say? I first fell in love with this restaurant when I was living in East Lansing, MI. Being a midwestern bumpkin from Nebraska, I was blown away to find a place that would deliver a single sandwich at 3 in the morning. Years went by, and I would only hear whisperings of Jimmy John’s locations here and there, but never actually finding one. Like Kaiser Soze of sandwiches. But then, imagine my surprise when I found out that a Jimmy John’s would open up in my very own neighborhood! AWESOME! This place is great! Any of their stores are great! My favorite sandwich is the Gargantuan. If you want a Manwich, order it with bacon. Unfortunately, since I desperately needed to watch my waistline, I had to reevaluate my Jimmy John’s intake. But no worries! They make a great Unwich(eighty-sixing the bread and subbing with a lettuce wrap). I’m working my way down the menu, trying each one(although I am lately partial to the Bootlegger Unwich these days). This is a good location. It’s fairly new and the staff is cheerful and good at what they do. The drive-thru is mind-numbingly fast. It’s actually worth driving through to witness their cheetah-like speed. That’s right. A CHEETAH!

I go to this Jimmy John’s a couple of times a month. I’ve eaten in 5 – 6 times, but mostly I take advantage of the drive thru. You don’t see a lot of sandwich shops with a drive thru. I drove through today for lunch and picked up a #7(Gourmet Smoked Ham Club — $ 5.75) with no mayo. I frequently order like that, and they’ve never messed up my order. I was the only car in the drive thru at the time, and my sandwich was wrapped and bagged by the time I pulled forward from the menu board to the window. It was so fast I thought maybe they screwed it up, but they didn’t. I’ve never had a messed up order there. I usually order a #7 like today, or the #9 Italian Night Club. I like the fresh made 8″ french bread. They sell their own branded chips, which remind me of Krunchers. A co-worker commented that their chip bags were pretty full, not ¾ nitrogen and ¼ chips like some. Their giant cookies are good too. Nutritional info is readily available for all their food on their website, and you can swap out ingredients and see the nutritional info change. Pretty nice. I saved almost 200 calories and 20g of fat by leaving off the mayo, which drives up the numbers no matter where you eat. With the drive thru, they’re a great alternative to fast food, and I’ve never waited in line long because they make those sandwiches fast!
