To all the fellow pilots out there in the STL area. Get your FAA Medical here. Go see Dr. Miriani. Don’t forget to fill out the MedXPress form prior to making an appointment. The clinic has several doctors on site but I believe Miriani is the only one who does the FAA medicals. He knows pilots. He understands pilots.

Awful care! One of the doctors in the medical group (Dr. Lucas) came walk-​in without introducing himself and just ask what do you want. After being scolded for 15 minutes and attempting to explain my issues while having him talk over me and repeating that I am too young for any of my concerns. While revising me physically, Doctor was rough and clumsy. I was turn around with the same prescriptions and even to fight for one that I truly need to avoid an asthma attack under an allergic reaction. Waiting on Lab results to see if I am too young for any thyroid problems or anemia. Don’t recommend this doctor at all! Tried to change to a different doctor in same medical group but he is not receiving new patients. With this said, I am taking my business somewhere else.
Even though this, there are several other doctors in these medical group, I don’t know there quality of care, but the overall office and staff are always friendly and very helpful.
