Steinway Piano Gallery

I recently completed an easy, simple and quick transaction with Steinway Piano Gallery.
It was time to sell my 32-​year-​old Steinway piano.
First, I contacted another piano store. But they didn’t want the piano. Steinways don’t move fast, because of their cost.
So, I went online and found Steinway Piano Gallery. Called them. It was after hours, so I left a message. Pat called me back the next day. I provided the serial number, type of piano and date of purchase. She said they’d call me back.
And they did. The next day. They needed to see the piano. Perfectly understandable.
An incredibly knowledgeable gentleman called, and we set up an appointment. He came to inspect the piano, and made me an offer on the spot. I accepted.
He was so friendly and enjoyable. He’s been tuning Steinways since 1962. Boy, does he know his stuff.
Then he told me how it works.
Olson Piano Moving will call me to set up a time and date to pick up the piano. Prior to the pick-​up, Olson will stop by the Steinway Piano Gallery to secure my check, and give it to me, before they take the piano away.
It worked like a charm. And all of this occurred in less than two weeks. Wow! I’m impressed!

Unbelievably great store. Very helpful staff, no matter what you are looking for. Best place to start when looking at pianos or piano accessories.
