Never again will I go there or to any Burger King in this area. I ordered the pulled pork sandwiches. I asked if they had them. They said yes. I was behind 4 cars. It took 22 minutes for me to get to the window. Got to the window and he says«Oops, we don’t have any pulled pork. Sorry.» I’m done.

Strike one– there fountain soda was broken and they were using 2 liters, I’ve never seen that before. It sucked because the soda was flat! Strike two-Our youngest love the cheap toys from there happy meals but both toys were broken! Strike three-there air conditioner was either broken or just not turned up it was uncomfortably warm. They also soak there whoppers in mayonnaise which is so nasty. They definitely didn’t have it my way!

The place was empty when I walked in. I figured that might be a good thing as it was after the dinner rush. Wrong! Every table was sticky dirty. The bun was stale. The onion rings [mixed with fries] were not very hot. I saved my coke until last. Took one sip and threw it away, as it was flat. NEVER going back here. Don’t know how they stay in business.

Great place! Incredibly friendly staff, clean lobby, and a very short wait time on food! It’s a great and easy spot to stop at along the main strip in town.

The absolute slowest Burger King I have EVER been to. I have been here twice and had to wait 20 minutes to get my food both times.

In my experience, the customer service here is horrible. From the coupons they send you to the service at the restaurant. So you get these coupons and when you go to redeem, you need several transactions as their system and/or policy doesn’t allow you to use their multiple coupons. So I go through the drive thru with my family and I tell the lady over the intercom that I have a coupon. She tells me she can ONLY take(1) coupon per drive thru transaction. I asked if I wanted to use more, do I have to go into the restaurant to use more. She replied yes. My response was to go to McDonald’s up a couple of blocks. McDonald’s must be doing something right as there drive thru was six deep and the wait was less than five minutes for me to order, pay the full price, and get my food. The sad part is it was 3 o’clock and there were only a couple of people in the BK restaurant and I was the only one in the drive thru. As I drove by the drive thru window, there were(3) employees leaning up against the counters. This is why businesses go out of business– Lack of customer service. This restaurant is «NOT King»
