Carl’s Jr.

So I’ve learned to only go during breakfast, sometimes there’s a wait even through the drive through, but the breakfast is always hot atleast :).

I thought I wrote this review already on the day I went it was soooo horrible. We have been here twice in memory and the service is slow. This time after waiting over 30 minutes I asked for a refund and we left.
Well waiting for the food that never showed up I watched the drive through cars go one after the other and the take out move just as fast. In store apparently dont matter to them.
The kicker for me was when I asked for a refund the person at the front did not seem surprised just left and got a manager. The manager gave some weak sorrys but did not seem to want to do anything to make it right. She just wanted to give me my money back and get me to leave.
All around I have to say the Washington Carl’s Jr is nothing like California. This is one of the worst fast food places I have been for service.

Well, we’ve been waiting for longer than 30 minutes for our food at this point. We ordered basic combo meals, nothing fancy, not even any substitutions. Fast food indeed.
The lobby/​eating area is extremely filthy. There was not a SINGLE clean table to be found. I had to bus and wipe down a table for me & hubs to sit at. Eventually a staff member came by picking up all the trash, but did not bother to wipe down the tables.
After 40! Minutes of waiting, and watching the to-​go line get taken care of, we requested a refund and headed off.
I miss Carl’s from my San Diego days, but I think I’ll just have to file it under «places I go whilst in San Diego» and skip this spot all together.

I cant say one bad thing about this carls, they have thee most friendly and helpful staff ive come across. That lil Salvadorian manager is supa cool and fiesty in a good way. Im Salvadorian so i can say that, dont need no pc f bag tryna get all racial and butthurt cuz of what i said. Food brought to your table aaaand they make sure they ask you if you need anything else before departing and if you do they go get it and bring it to you with smiles for days. I come in for the $ 4 meal and they have no prob letting me get two chicken sammich instead of sammich an burger. Always prepped fresh and it looks like the dang pictures. Clean if not clean they you see someone always cleaning. I come here when im on this side of town. I love it here. Ive been to some carls that neeeeed to step up there game and not be like of the «you came in here i didnt ask you too» atittude. Aaaaand they give you a military discount. Now im a vet and am on a budget so any coupon or discount i can get anywere i take it. NO atittude when thry tell you they have or not have it. Not like the one in portland (see review). Anyhows gotta go lunch break over… If you are in the area and are hungry i suggest you stop here exit 203 off the 5 freeway either direction. Again awesome place to eat at… fat boy likey…
ps…this is my review on the lunch time crew, i cant speak for before or after crews. lol

Every time I come here they’re out of something fundamental– chicken, fries, etc. How do you run out of fries at a fast food establishment? Will not go back again, would rather go to McDonald’s or Dairy Queen.

If I can give this place 0 stars I will. Waited on our food for 30mn, bad service from employees and it’s not like the place is crawling in people. Haha The guy that took our orders took it bad, then waited 30mn for our meals. Ugh we were about to leave after I told them we’ve been waiting for ever. Never ever would we come here again.

Perhaps this is a corporate issue, however I received the classic bait and switch today. Sign says, Steakhouse Thick Burger $ 4.59. I pull up to the speaker, order just the Steakhouse Thick Burger. The voice asks, «The ¹⁄₃ lb, or the ½lb? Wanting the $ 4.59 burger, I say, «1/​3lb. When I get to the window she asks for something like $ 7.60 !!! I asked, «Didn’t the sign say 4.59? She says that is for the smaller one that isn’t on the fresh baked bun. I told her I wasn’t offered the «other one, just the 1/​3lb or the ½lb. She informed me, «THAT IS NOT IN THE SCRIPT.»
Shame on you Carls Jr.

Went there last night around 11:00 pm. There were 2 cars in front of us. Took almost 30 minutes. I rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I expect it to be just that, «Fast». The food itself was ok, nothing special.

There’s places you just GOTTA hit on the way down to Seattle.
This place will bankrupt them.
That good.

My bf and I went out for lunch and we both got teribly sick. I checked out the burger and the meat was old and burnt on the other side. All the condiments were on half of the burger. The bun was soggy as f***. We were in the drive threw for 10 minutes.

Vance was very helpful, first time here so it took a minute to choose what we wanted, Vance was very informative and had valid suggestions based off what we were saying we were looking for hand scooped shakes! !! Awesome!!! And yes it’s fast food however feels more like a sit down restaurant since they bring it to.you. I didn’t even have to ask for dip, I had forgotten and when our food was brought to us Vance asked if I needed it. I even saw them taking people’s empty trays to the trash for people. I will definitely come back here anytime I’m in the area.

I’ve been a fan of Carl’s Jr for a while and had been going to this location for a couple years.
Lately, it’s been more of a miss for me. To the point where i don’t plan on returning.
Slow service, dry burgers and undercooked fries (complete with long black hair!)
no thanks.

Oh my goodness, I am in love with their chicken tenders. And if that isn’t reason enough to give them a try, the honey mustard dipping sauce is to die for. Ok. Let’s face it — all their sauces are super yummy.
My boyfriend really likes their burgers and swears by them. We like the place so much, we could come for lunch and stay through dinner (eating both meals there).
They used to have these hand made ice cream sandwiches on cookies (either big ores or big nestle chocolate chip cookies). Oh so good. Unfortunately they stopped in the last 3 – 6 months. I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that they come back. So decadent, but so worth the extra exercise time. ;-)
So if there’s a Carl’s Jr. near you, go! And enjoy!

When people ask for «no X» on a burger, the staff should not assume that it’s just a matter of taste. Don’t just take the X off and hand food that touched it back to the customer. Food allergies are real. Pretty sure what that worker tried to pull is against a health code. Also the staff all took their smoke breaks less than five feet from the entrance, the inside of the place smelled like paint thinner, it took forever to get my order, and parts of the outsides of the packaging were sticky. They also charge extra to run a debit card, but credit cards don’t have a fee.

The food at Carl’s Jr. is pretty average fast food. Not great, not horrible. However… the service is soooo slow! Whether you ear in or go through the drive through, be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes (on a good day) for your food. Not exactly FAST food… And keep an eye out for coupons. Otherwise they are a bit overpriced for what you get.

The food here was pretty gross. We won’t return. I’d recommend going somewhere else entirely.

What a difference a few years makes. This Carl Jrs is one (if not the only) in the Seattle area. They have very fresh grilled chicken sandwiches that are moist and full of flavor. The staff is hard working and demonstrates team work. All in all a huge change from a few years ago.

First time at a Carl’s Jr. Reminded me of a Dairy Queen. Similar service style. Order up front, pay, take a number to your table. Hamburgers are flame broiled. Ice cream treats and Malts available.
— 1 star for. Sticky floor and not-​so-​clean restroom facilities.
— 1 star for an unenthusiastic cashier/​server. A patron in the restaurant, waiting for her to-​go order was more outgoing and conversational than any of the employees.
Fast food in Marysville, so 3 stars is pretty generic. Nothing special to write home about here.

One of my favorite places to eat. Wish they were closer to my home in Everett. Bring back the Jack Daniels burger :(.
