AVOID this place ! After our order taking more than and hour and 15 minutes it arrived COLD! 2 pizzas and boneless wings all cost over 55 $ and it was cold. Manager offered… after making me stay on hold 10 minutes to decide… to give me another pizza which would take about the same amount of time. I did not want that but wanted money off. After a hard day working this was not what I wanted from a delivery pizza place

Just wanted to write a Review I order all the time from Domino’s in Marysville Ca. I always ask them to not put the Ranch Dressing in the Pizza Box due to the heat. Everytime they do. You pay for the Ranch for them to only screw it up. I have called in and the Manager says he will fix the problem but, never does. Then hangs up on you. Due to the Rudeness of the manager and the terrible service on the phone I will no longer use this Domino’s. Btw, I usually order pizza atleast twice a month spending around 40 to 60 bucks each time Half the time the pizza isnt cooked all the way.

I honestly never thought much of Dominos or any chain pizza franchise really. I actually like this Dominos, they deliver on time, they have great prices and their staff actually know how to make a pizza. It’s not like a gourmet pizza from a family owned restaurant, buts pretty good for a Dominos!

I love this Dominos, the staff are always really friendly and if ever there is a problem they’re quick to fix it. I recently messed up ordering a pizza online and because they couldn’t get a hold of me via phone call they made it anyways and when I got to the store to pick it up they let me know and asked if I’d like them to remake it and they let me go home with both pizzas. I was very pleased. The employees here go above and beyond. It’s hard to find that in a chain restaurant or really any restaurant/service these days.

Came here for a last resort dinner option, big mistake. We waited at least 40 min for our pizza and then come to find out our order was ready 10 min before they gave it to us. They forgot our breadsticks that we ordered and being that we had already been there for long enough we just decided to leave without the breadsticks. $ 17 for a large half supreme, half pepperoni. Worst I’ve tasted, it was probably the saltiest pizza I’ve ever had. I’d rather have a $ 5 hot and ready pizza from little Caesars any day! Service was OK, however very slow. We will not be back.

Dominos charged our card 3 extra times over the course of two days totaling $ 71 in extra charges. Pizza was good but we don’t trust coming here again.

Wow, I don’t give 5 stars easily. This Dominos we drive up from Lincoln(as we don’t have a Dominos or Pizza Hut in town). They have always seemed very engaged to serve the customer. The food has been good, and one time they slightly burned(just the top of cheese) and gave us double our pizza order for free as they remade the pizzas. Also, corporate Dominos seems to be ‘upping their game’ to improve the crust, sides, and cheese bread options. The dessert is perhaps the best we’ve found — Chocolate Lava Cake. Highly recommend here.

I’ve had their pizza a few more times since my initial review, and it has been very well prepared each time. Delivery times have been fast and the drivers very pleasant. It’s a Linda gem, if that’s even possible.

This domino’s used to be owned by the McAllister Family. They had a tradition of messing up all the time, after 17 years as a domino’s franchise store they lost their franchisee license for failing to abide by Domino’s rules and standards. they then retained all of the domino’s gear(computers, software, phones, inventory, et cetera) and changed the name to McAllister’s Pizza and wings. they lasted about 60 days and went out of business. www.yelp.com/si… The Domino’s is back now and I ordered from them to check out the comparison in service from the Old Domino’s to this new one… THEYWEREEXCELLENT! My pizza got to me in about 20 minutes. it was still so hot I burned my mouth on it when I bit into it. after years of getting«luke-warm» pizza from places around here that was a welcome shock! The pizza looked and tasted awesome! Who ever is running this store is(I would assume it is now under corporate control), they obviously care a lot about the product they put out and the happiness of the customer. I’m back to being a loyal customer.
