Jamba Juice

So I worked at Jamba Juice for a couple of years. A different location.
This store never has more then two people and if there was a manager there they were not helping.
The woman in front of me was using a buy one get one coupon. And after 10 minutes of trying to explain to the the employee she just gave up.
I was then charged 20 $ for two small smoothies. I asked her to double check because that didn’t add up. She was very agitated and said oops I added stuff. Ummmm red flag.
There was one person in front of me in line. It took 24 minutes for a small strawberries wild and what was supposed to be a citrus kick. (fresh apple, orange, pineapple and ginger) I was given a 16 ounce cup with 12 ounces of watered down orange juice and possibly a small about of Apple juice that was blended with ice.
I asked what was in it six times and was ignored until I positioned myself directly in front of the employee. She said «it’s orange» I asked if there was ginger in it. She told me no why would I do that. I then read the sign aloud to her. She said look fine there ginger in it! Ummmm I get this every day at another location, this drink has a distinct flavor.
I am very unhappy. And I was ripped off.
I couldn’t even get a name and number for a manager.
Don’t go here!
If you want any level of accuracy just steer clear!

I love Jamba Juice but this location is a joke!
the employees need to be better trained and its pretty obvious the manager does not give a s*** about their employees or customers.
they lost a $ 300 catering sale. I decided to go with a different company because after speaking to the manager she didn’t even know how to answer any of the questions.
I went there a couple days after speaking to the manager to get a smoothie and and they were out of practically everything.
learn how to run your store and teach your employees to have better customer service.
Never had issues at any location but this one.

It’s smoothie-​making, not rocket science. The young man who made my smoothie bowl this morning took 20 minutes and ignored the fact that there were large chunks left in the smoothie. I was the only customer in the store. This is unacceptable service. I expect better and have never been disappointed at other Jamba locations.

The last time I went here I got an orange smoothie and it was delicious. This time I got the PB Chocolate Mood and was a little disappointed. The peanut butter and banana flavors were too strong and overpowered the chocolate.
The place is really clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. There haven’t been any lines the two times I’ve come here. The employees have been welcoming and seem pleasant.
The next time I’m in the area I’ll probably stop here and split a smoothie with someone.

I love coming into this Jamba Juice. The people are always friendly, my order is always right and always quick. My husband has pretty severe food allergies but he can have a couple of their smoothies so I’ll go get one for him sometimes. Last time I was in, the girl making his smoothie actually disappeared for a few minutes so I was a little confused. When she came back out from the back of the store, she let me know that she had made his smoothie back in the cooler, away from anything that wasn’t included in the recipe of the smoothie so none of his ingredients ran the risk of contacting anything that could make him sick. I hadn’t said that was necessary but I was so pleasantly surprised by her thoughtfulness and thoroughness! They definitely have a repeat customer in our familiy.

I have changed up from a coffee stop in the morning for a Jamba Juice stop. The location is excellent & the service is great. Jamba Juice is always adding new drinks with vegetables (kale) & fruit + boosters.

I like this location, it gets a lot of traffic but lines are never too long. The gals that work here are always pretty friendly and polite. Its also not far from home and near the shopping centers so I can grab a jamba and runs some errands!

It’s the best service and the best smoothies on the market. I never had a bad experience, and have tried Jamba Juice for years.
They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Their wheat grass shot is really worth a try.
I thought about franchising one myself, but the market in Washington wouldn’t be as good as California, considering the climate differences.
All Jamba Juices are practically the same.
This is a must try for everyone

Their juices are great and I am a huge fan of them normally. However, I was quite disappointed this time around due to the fact that they were out of wheatgrass.
Normally, this wouldn’t have been an issue, but I found out that they recently switched suppliers to a cheaper fruit supplier. This new supplier consistently delivers moldy wheatgrass. Some times they have to send back the entire shipment.
Since it is only one product that shows up with mold or poor condition, the Jamba corp procurement bean counters think that’s acceptable.
That’s not acceptable to me.

I am so hooked on Jamba Juice. The hubby used to go every single day when he lived in Vegas, and so was wanting to head over to this one the moment it opened. Staff is super nice, the place is clean, and the smoothies are great. This place is located in the Smokey Point Costco Shopping Center next to Subway and Starbucks. It’s a little difficult to get in and out of with all the traffic, but hopefully they’ll build more roads to ease the congestion. Parking so far has been easy to find since there is 15 minute parking in front of the store.
