This clinic has a friendly staff whom interacted with my daughter while we waited and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Pournadeali and Dr. Wells are very knowledgable in their profession. I would recommend this clinic to a friend. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. I went in initially to see Dr. Wells because my daughter was ADHD and told her I did not want to medicate my daughter. She has taken me on a path to figuring out the root cause. We found, through allergy testing, that my kiddo was allergic to gluten, dairy, and eggs. I was so happy to find out what was making her so sick. She is very knowledgable. If you need a doctor for your child I highly recommend her!

This clinic is awful and not worth your time! Steer clear of this place! Beyond the inconsistent, curt, underachieving and extremely rude support staff you will experience little to no confirmation calls and subpar medical care. If you don’t visit their office often enough they will bill you for any number of reasons to ensure they consistently make enough money off of you. Spare yourself the trouble and find a different natuopathic clinic.

I’ve been waffling as to whether I should post an update that’s less than positive, or just delete my original review because I’m so reticent to say anything negative about NWC after having been a patient here for so many years. I’m choosing to update because I want to still emphasize something important: in my family’s experience, the doctors(I can speak re Dr. Dirks, Dr. Wells and Dr. Pournadeali) and assisting clinical staff have excellent«bedside manner,» meaning I have never felt rushed or like«just a number» while engaging with the staff, they are always friendly and professional, and most importantly, they have always been careful to listen carefully to our concerns, to arrive at proper diagnoses, and to prescribe effective treatments. As clinicians, they’re good at what they do. The trouble here lies primarily in the poor quality of service and attention beyond the treatment room by doctors and office staff — something that, sadly, those in charge and their staff seem to have forgotten is not a bonus for patients, but a fundamental part of patient care. Things were never perfect(getting a call returned or a question about treatment answered once one’s left the office has always been something to hope for rather than expect), but in the past, the good by far outweighed the negative. Today, following a steady decline over the past few years, it has become just the opposite, and I’ve finally realized I can no longer tolerate the overall experience here. That’s a Very Big Deal(and a really, really sucky one) when it means leaving a practice you’ve trusted with your care for nearly a decade, and leaving a primary doctor you genuinely like for an unfamiliar one elsewhere. In light of the skill of the doctors here and the trust that skill should earn them, this should be a much-loved clinic raking in 4+ star reviews and garnering glowing word-of-mouth recommendations. There is simply too much wrong, and eventually, it will sink the ship if it isn’t addressed with honest introspection on the part of the owners/managers and with humility(something never, however friendly they may have been in general at one time, been the office staff’s forte). There is a tendency to point the finger away, I think. That will have to stop. I’m pulling for them to figure it out. The 2 stars are killing me… sadly, it is what it is.

Very disappointed in this place. My husband called and canceled his appointment and they still billed us. I can’t believe how money hungry doctors can be. Will not be coming back.
