High Rollers Luxury Lanes and Lounge

We did this for our company outing and it was definitely a great time. We were all talking on Monday about I’ll we have to do it again. The décor is comfortable and welcoming. The shoes were all laid out at our lane ahead of time and the food was delicious. Having a waiter dedicated to your lane makes for a very enjoyable experience.

Eh. It was fun to bowl and play pool here. It’s $ 1 after 9pm (plus the cost to rent shoes) on Thursday to bowl. They are open 5-​midnight and stop serving food at 10pm. I wanted food around 945 and the waitress said the kitchen was closed. I didn’t know 945 was the new 1000.

I called, left a message, and received a voicemail while I was at work saying someone would call me back. No one ever did. If a manager came over to me to discuss the tip I left, that’s one thing… but the sever? While I’m still bowling? No thank you. If you you really cared about your customer service, you would have called me on the phone. Thanks for nothing.

I went here for my sister’s birthday this weekend and it was definitely worth every penny. Bowling is a blast so we already knew it going to be fun, and on top of that we got 2 hours worth of food and drinks into our bodies to exasperate it. We were absolutely in love with our waitress, Katie. She was so on top of the game and very genuine. She had our drinks refilled exactly when they needed to be and was so attentive to our table which we appreciated so much. Although the price was steep (90 pp before tip/​tax) it was absolutely worth the money based on the amount of food, drinks, and fun we had. I highly recommend going here! Thanks for the great night!

This was our first time at high rollers. We had such a great time. Our server was Tasha and she was the best and most attentive server I have ever had. She made the night so much fun. I will definitely be coming back. Tasha made our first time experience awesome!

Be careful they steal your beer! Attended a birthday party which was supposed to be a 2 hour open bar. We were served beers by the bucket as soon as the two hours were up the beers that were served to us were taken away to be reserved to another party. Gross!

So happy to have been referred this place by a friend. Hosted my boyfriends birthday this weekend at High Rollers and am over excited and satisfied with our experience. We got the King package for 16 people. Includes 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, unlimited rounds of apps, pizza, and well bar service for a decent price p/​p.
Needless to say we got 100% of our money’s worth. The food was absolutely EXCELLENT! No one could stop talking about the Philly cheese steak rolls and the pizza. We were waited on by Sophia who was the sweetest and most attentive host. Don’t think we had to ask her for a refill or another round of food the whole night. She was on top of everything and such a genuine girl. Exceeded my expectations, I was very impressed with her service.
The establishment is very clean, classy crowd, comfy couches. You can buy socks if you forget them. My only complaint was the welcome upon arriving (felt more like a bother). Hosts were not super friendly for the first line of defense in a nice establishment like that. But compared to the rest of the service, irrelevant.
Overall we had an amazing time and perfect way to start off our night at Foxwoods. Highly recommended! 5 stars without a doubt.

If i never had kids i would have never came to foxwoods to bowl but man im so glad i did!
My 3 ½ year old had a blast here :). It’s super clean (i will never be able to go bowling anywhere else now. Talk about being spoiled) and the service here is great. They have automatic bumpers that goes up when it is your turn and everything was just great!
The food — it’s typical american food like burgers and pizza. some pasta and salad which was decent. The portions were large as well but when i ordered tater tots it wasn’t what i was expecting. It was just deep fried potato balls (see previous pics from previous Unilocalers) which kinda had no flavor.
The price was very reasonable especially from a place that looks like this! Tip — if u go to the tangers mall and go to guest services, pick up the coupon booklet (you might have to pay for it. I am an AAA member so its free for me) and there is a coupon for high rollers lane for a free game up to 12 players depending on availability!

Came here for drinks with a few friends after a long day of poker. It was a cool environment, probably one of the nicer establishments inside of Foxwoods. The bowling alley, big screen, TVs, and center bar with comfortable couches make it a nice place to go wind down and enjoy some drinks with friends!

This place is really beautiful for a bowling alley. You get waitress service at your lane. What I didn’t like and the reason we only bowled one round was the horrendous music. It was a Tuesday night, only a couple of others bowling, and they were playing rap music. I don’t mind a mixture of music but that’s all they were playing. Its not like a lot of young people were there and they were catering to them. Next time if I go back I’ll ask what type of music is playing first.

Came here last night for a birthday party — great time!
We paid 70 $ per person for: 2 hours of bowling, unlimited beer wine, pizza, buffalo chicken, chips/​fries/​onion ring platter and bowling shoes — super good deal. Had our waiter named Stefan — great guy!
The bowling alley itself is fancy and pretty cool! They played music videos /​any game you wanted behind the lanes. There’s not really a dress code, but dressing a bit fancier is not a bad idea so after you can go dancing at Shrine.
Great place for a bigger group, would definitely go back!

Wow! The food here is fantastic. Ordered appetizers before the comedy show and this exceeded our expectations. The Philly cheese steak rolls were great. And, by far the tastiest thing I’ve had in a while, the buffalo teriyaki sticks were simply amazing. I demand to know how they’re made! They were spicy, tender, and unique. Considering coming back to foxwoods over Mohegan just for this inventive menu.

This place is all swank and I’d love to come back and bowl.
However, I just came in for a snack since we were having dinner later. Popped down at the bar, ordered an app (fried zucchini, which wasn’t very flavorful and was really greasy) and drank water.
I know, terrible customer, right? Wrong. The bartender dumped us waters and never came back. Had she OFFERED a drink, well…
Flagging her down proved fruitless and I finally had to walk over to another side of the long bar to get a different bartender to cash out my meager app and water check.
But, it’s pretty. And I’d like to bowl here one day.

This place is gorgeous! I was not expecting it to be so nice inside — and so spacious.
This venue is 21+ after 8PM on the weekends.
On weekends it is $ 9 per person per string and $ 8 per person for shoe rentals. Definitely make reservations or call ahead during peak weekend times. They will take your cell number and text you when your lanes are ready — you then have 10 minutes to make it down or they take the next group.
This is a 10 pin bowling alley. BUT to say a bowling alley does not sound right for this place. The bowling area is so nice. There are nice leather couches to sit on while waiting your turn and nice dark wood tables to put your food and drinks.
The waitress comes right to your bowling area and keeps an open tab for you bringing you everything you might want while bowling… beers keep them coming… appetizers. yes please… even the mixed drinks were really good and strong.
There are lots of comfortable booth type seats in the lounge area next to the bar to drink, eat and relax. There are a few pool tables and an arcade. The bar itself is very large in a gorgeous marble.
There are huge TVs that play music videos and sporting events at the end of the lanes.
The staff were all very friendly and always there if you needed something.
The only thing I would’ve liked is better and louder music playing in the bar area on a Saturday night.

Loved it before, but my last experience ruined it. Little acknowledgment when the lane wasn’t functioning, and just general disrespect from the management.

Went here with a group of coworkers on 05÷28÷14 and it was $ 7 unlimited bowling after 7pm (shoes are a separate cost). I believe from 5 – 7 on this day they have you two free games which was nice.
The bowling area was nice and was spacious for multiple groups to be bowling right next to each other.
The only thing I would complain about is the number of times there were technical errors with the bowling system. There was one time where the machine wouldn’t realign the pins and then the other time was that the bowling balls got stuck in the back so we had to wait a bit and roll some balls in there so they wouldn’t be stuck anymore. The issues were resolved fairly quickly, however the issues shouldn’t have happened at the frequency that it did.

We went here for dinner recently, no bowling. There were about 20 of us, so part of me wants to cut them some slack since we were a large group, but the restaurant was not very full. There were only a few other parties there.
Our table was fine and our drinks came right away (their house edge sangria gets 5 stars, delicious). The big issue was when we got our food. I received the wrong meal three times. On the third try I said forget it, I’ll just eat this. 3 of my friends NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THEIR MEALS. Like, what?! Two of them got an entrée salad to split and tater tots. The tots came out, but the salad never arrived, even after asking for it 5 or so times. Another friend ordered a salad with steak as her meal and that never came out either, even asking for it 5 or so times. The rest of the table had finished their meals and we just told the waiters to forget about the stuff they forgot, we just split our meals so our friends could eat.
When we asked for the manager to complain, they were not much help. At first they tried to get out of it, my friend was not having it. They forgot 3 meals and delivered the wrong one to me multiple times. After we finally got them to remove the items that never came, they insisted they couldn’t give us any sort of discount but would ‘text the owners at Shrine and Scorpion to make sure we got in for free.’ Please, we get in for free half the time anyways. It was ridiculous. When we got to Scorpion we were told no one from High Rollers had let them know. We got in for free anyways, but it was really the principle.
All in all I will NEVER got back to High Rollers to eat or to bowl. I might stop by the bar for that delicious house edge sangria (when we were at the bar before dinner the bartenders were great, friendly and quick), but other than that I’ll never go there again.

Honestly, I had a blast here. Went to Foxwoods for a bachelor party and when I heard we were starting the night off with bowling I was a little disappointed. This place was super nice and our waitress was really friendly and always around. I came to the party late but I think the rest of the guys were part of a package for around $ 100 a head you got open bar, bowling, and unlimited apps. An excellent deal considering I would say they serve high end bar food. I even had their deep fried maple bacon, which is definitely worth having.

Nicest bowling alley I’ve been to. It’s better than Luck Strike and King’s in Boston. I liked watching the basketball games until 10 or so when it became more clubby with black lights and laser lights. Everyone was on their A game. The waitress knew all the beers by memory which you don’t see a lot anymore.
The food was OK. Prices weren’t bad except on drinks. Gin & Tonic, etc was $ 10. For five guys, bowling two games, 3 apps, 2 pizzas and 4 rounds of drinks it was $ 350. Cheaper than gambling, right? I’d go back.
