We have eaten here a number of times since it opened and have never been disappointed. The place is small though, so reservations for larger parties and/or call ahead seating is a good idea during busy times. Last night(Sat) at 7:30pm the wait was an hour for a party of 3 when we spontaneously decided we wanted to go there. As such, we ordered takeout pizzas and Greek salads which were ready in 15 minutes. We had the Margherita pizza which was good, but pretty standard. However, we also tried the Figetaboutit pizza which was Fig, Prosciutto and Brie. It was outstanding! Nice thin crust, excellent flavor adding a twist to typical pizza. The small, side Greek salads were excellent with(three!) kalamata olives, feta and a generous side serving of their Greek dressing. On past visits, we have enjoyed the spanakopita, grape leaves, moussaka, lamb, and more. Always a good meal here.

Love in the interior in this place. It is super pretty. They also had a band there playing while we ate. The tzatizki sauce was really good. I also really enjoyed the greek salad. One thing I wish was a little different about the salad was the heaviness of the feta and the type of lettuce they used. The lettuce was a little bitter. Other than that though it was really good. The kabobs were really yummy too. Our server was also very nice and on top of things.

Finally! A place to get yummy Greek food, thin crust coal fired pizza, and even Retsina wine! Don’t like Greek? No problem, lots of ‘regular’ items to choose from, too. Kid-friendly! Can’t wait to go back again and again! Yia Sou!

Since the peek season for Cape Cod is high at this time I’m usually concerned about going to eat at the Mashpee Commons, but that’s not the case today. We came in around 1230pm and were quickly seated at a table next to where the kitchen is. I got to see them make the bread fresh and it was so neat to know that there’s no frozen food at all! The wait staff is super friendly and was very tentative. This place is more modern Greek and it was very delish. I got the char-grilled tenderloin steak souvlakis. My mother inlaw got the char-grilled chicken. Both dishes came with sweet potato fries and OMG so good! We haven’t tried the pizza here but the table next to us ordered one and it sure did look and smell delish!

Third time here and the food was so, so. The hostess was very unpleasant and so was the staff. They real need to get the click that they have in the resturant removed cause the customers notice it. The food has its days I guess the first time we came it was ok the second time was better and the third day was horrible. Unfortunately we will not be returning here again

only been here once and it was for an interview/meeting…luckily because I found the best Buffalo Chicken Pizza I’ve tasted all over cape… it was a small and i was full and took some home. Seriously if you enjoy pizza check this place out, good setting, seating wasn’t bad either.

Decent very salty, everything on the menu seems to come out with feta and I love feta but I’m leaving thirsty, good pizza large are personal size couldn’t imagine what the small is. Lamb burger was good, salads good, shrimp dish good, gyros good but I found it to be a little to strong with cinnamon. Wait staff great, ambiance great. Will go back again just not in a rush.

As a transplant from a region of NY with a very large Greek and Italian population, I have been missing two things: spanikopita and decent(by my standards) pizza. I am so happy that I stumbled into this place! Having done a «Greek» search on Unilocal,I was surprised to see that they did coal-fired pizza as well as Greek food. We threw caution to the wind(I have had almost 100% negative experiences with pizza on the Cape so far) and decided to do a spanikopita appetizer followed by a calamari and arugala pizza. OMG the spanikopita! It is on par with the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned filling with light filo. I could have left happy there. But when the pizza arrived… I think I may have actually cried a little. The crust was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The sauce was delicious and the toppings were fabulous as well. In essence, it reminded me of my favorite pizza place in NY. Because I am a pessimist about pizza here, I was wondering if this was some sort of fluke. I went back a week later and ordered a margherita pizza(with a melanzoasalata app, because hey, Greek food!). It, too, was delicious. A bit saucy but who can judge when the rest is absolute perfection. I am already thinking about my next pizza…

Atmosphere is nice. Food & service are decent. However — the prices are ridiculous. $ 13 for a medium serving of chicken wings. $ 15 for a salad that doesn’t contain meat. $ 22 for 2 chicken skewers. $ 13 for a burger with American cheese. REALLY??? These are the prices I’d expect at an extraordinary 5 star restaurant.

I’ll start with the positive: the Grape leaves were very tasty. Among some of the best I’ve had. Negative: the rest of the food was terrible. Everything is SOAKED in olive oil. The hummus was awful. Seem fairly hard to goof up, but they did. Their version of roasted red pepper hummus was this al dente chunky oily slop with zero flavor. The accompanying pita were also SOAKED. Could not eat. Switched to brick oven wings. Good flavor, and decent job baking/oven grilling, but again DRENCHED in oil. I don’t know if it was simply a bad night, or a new chef? But I’ve eaten lots of Mediterranean food in my life, and Estia’s take was horrible. Also, as a former server, I think it’s classless for the servers to be rolling silverware at the table next to you. While the restaurant is busy. Closing sidework/rolling silverware is part of it, but do it out of sight in the back somewhere. Bad judgement by management to allow this. Sorry to be harsh. I generally don’t leave reviews like this unless something is really bad.

Food was delicious. We had pizzas as well as wings and spicy feta spread. Very good! Our server was terrific. The place was really loud and it made it difficult to carry on a conversation. Live music just made it worse.

Food was terrific. We had a party of 6. All had pizza and it was great. The waitress was flawless. She made the night. Only downside was the noise. Small place with live music made it tough to hear the person next to you. We will all be back

This is an update — I just found out that one of our party received her pizza BARELYWARM — because we were celebrating she didn’t want to send it back — this is very disappointing! I am changing the rating to 3 stars from 4 — there’s NOREASONATALL for a pizza to arrive BARELYWARM. PERIOD. We had a party of six; the high-top seats were uncomfortable for us — they were able to accommodate our request to relocate as it was early and other tables were available. The service was leisurely which was fine for us, our server Molly(hopefully her name!) was very nice and accommodating. The wings were awesome, the pizzas were awesome, and the sampler plate was awesome. I was very impressed with the quality of the portions, the taste, and the ambiance. This was my first visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I’m actually surprised how much I enjoyed it, and it’s nice to be surprised again.

Beautiful and impeccably maintained restaurant… I usually get the chicken kebab with the Greek salad and sweet potato fries. Always served fresh and delicious… tzaiki sauce is yummy. Pizzas are great as well… Staff is always smiling, accommodating and pleasant… The owners are always present and involved with the guests… wonderful lunch spot in the commons

Came in with high expectations of finding good Greek food on Cape Cod. Sadly, I would rank our meal as mediocre at best. The grilled octopus was tasty but tough — it should be much more tender especially considering how prominently it is promoted. Followed that with a gyro accompanied by a side Greek salad. The pork in the gyro was on the mushy side, and the gyro itself was pretty sparse — especially for $ 12. On top of that, the greens in the salad were sad and wilted. This place has potential, given the menu, location and lack of competition, but they’ve got some work to do.

We have tried this new restaurant a few times… with varied results. Food is a mixed bag each time. Some thing are good others fair at best The servers with 1 exception have been extremely rude and patronizing. It ruined the whole experience a few nights ago and we will never return. With all the choices that are available to you in the area this restaurant should not be on your short list. Actually it should really not even be considered because of the terrible staff.

A solid 4 star experience… although 5 stars for my waiter Joe-he was professional, informative, personable and made the experience better. We ate around 5pm last Sat, me, my mom, brother, sister in law and my autistic nephew. I almost walked out after we asked for a table by the window so my nephew could watch outside and the older hostess said we would have to eat fast cause she needed the table at 6… really!!! It is a small place and you are basically sitting with the table next to you and the bar patrons but you Do Not tell customers to eat fast cause you need the table!!! She did come back during the meal to inform us that we could stay til 630 cause she moved some people around… do I really need to know this… it did make me feel less rushed but lady you don’t get credit for doing your job after making a snide remark to a paying customer. Anyway $ 10 quartinos of Chardonnay that I actually liked, spicy hummus app was really good, shrimp pizza Joe recommended was ok-I wish they had cooked it with the shrimp on it and not put them on after-they just sat on top or fell off. Pizza was also so insanely salty-maybe it was the olives… not sure but wouldn’t order it again. My nephew like the cheese pizza a lot, my moms salad was ok-but nothing special, steak kabob and chicken souvlaki were ok, dessert they loved. I had eaten here once before at the bar and the burger was good…

I have been to Estia several times since it opened and the food and service have always been good. The pizza is wonderful, dare I say the best on the upper Cape! It’s reminiscent of Pizzeria Regina, with a coal fired thin crust, flavorful sauce and gooey cheese. Yum! Souvlaki also gets high marks, especially with chicken or grilled fish. Make sure you try something with the heavenly tzatziki! Save room for dessert too. All are fabulous, but baklava is a must have: crispy filo dripping with honey and nuts, what’s not to love? It’s a fairly small restaurant, and now with summer coming, I have sadly resigned myself to mostly takeout until fall. It starts getting crowded after 6 pm and fills up very quickly. This is a great place for a dinner out with a group of friends, but not so much for an intimate date. The tables are packed in so it can get very noisy. The crowd tends to be a bit older so there’s not much of a bar scene. Very baby boomer friendly! Parking can get tricky at busy Mashpee Commons, especially on weekends. The best time to get a table with no wait is for late lunch. The menu doesn’t change between lunch and dinner. My only gripe: they use truffle oil on the French fries and it is not labeled on the menu. The first time I had a side of fries they had an off-putting dirty taste that made me think the potatoes had gone bad. I asked the waiter for a different side, and only then did he mention the truffle oil. Now I know to order the fries plain!

It’s hard to get five stars at anything, and there’s very little to complain about here. The food we had was awesome, the portions were decent, and it wasn’t expensive. We had pizza, a village salad, spanakopita, and a gyro. Yum! The oven is the secret! Everything that comes out of it tastes awesome, and we’re looking forward to going back because of it! The only negative point is that they kept saying to us and to other customers that they had to check and see if they had certain things that were listed on the menu, which is off-putting. It’s a menu, not a guessing game. If you don’t have it, why is it on there? Should we call ahead next time and ask which items are unavailable? Aside from that one thing it was great, and I highly recommend it!
