The bagels here are quite excellent but this place needs to overcome some serious operational/supply chain problems if they want to get higher than two stars. During the spring & summer if you come after 9AM, it’s very likely that there are no bagels left. None. The staff will just smile and say«sorry, we sold out of bagels». It does not take a Warren Buffett type business mind to see that they are losing out on business here by not making more bagels, not to mention alienating customers who like a later breakfast. That aside, their bagels and homemade cream cheeses are very good, I highly recommend the Lox Cream Cheese. Just get there early unless you want to eat the cream cheese by itself!
