For the money, you can’t beat this place. We got two nights here for the price of one night at a major hotel nearby. The rooms are nice albeit basic. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. Stay here if you just need a place to crash for a night or two and are OK with just a TV and air conditioner and a bed. You’ll end up sleeping just the same as if you stayed at a major chain and have a bunch more money in your pocket.

This motel looks much nicer on the website than it actually is. One of the only positives was the owner, who is very sweet and helpful. Negatives included the significant NOISE from the traffic, parking lot and the rooms next door. Also, the room definitely had a mold problem as I woke up congested and with a sore throat. There were a few bugs that I noticed in the room. Room does not include a microwave, mini fridge, or hair dryer although it did include shampoo, conditioner and soap. Probably would not stay here again.

Easy to find right off of Rt 28 just by the Barnstable and Mashpee line. The parking in front of my room eased my security needs for my vehicle and the tools and equipment. The room was clean and the beds were firm, the way I like it. My only complaint would be that the shower floor was beginning to give and left you standing in a puddle. My pal went to the store next door and said it was well stocked. We both went to the restaurant down the road which is in walking distance and the food was good but prices were kind of high. I will go back when I am working in the area. I worked at night and the staff were more than helpful and understanding letting me sleep in.

The Santuit Inn is, by definition, a motel. It’s right off the road, and parking is right in front of the doors to the rooms that line up along the parking lot. There’s a convenience store walking distance for all your snack & alcohol needs, but that’s kind of the best of it. I wouldn’t suggest the Santuit Inn for a romantic weekend getaway. My first thought when I saw the place, was that it’s a decent spot to rest your head after a loooong day on the Cape. The room smelled a bit like bleach when I first checked in, so you know it’s clean… but who likes the smell of bleach? So, there ya go. Wouldn’t be a first choice, but there are probably worse places on the cape.

The review would be five stars if it was cleaner. The motel is very charmimg and the owner’s did a great job restoring it. Unfortunately the room is filthy. I removed gummy candy from under the sheets, dead bugs in the room, dirty floors, etc! The shower was moldy and the sink was rusty. The owner is getting riped off by those who clean the rooms. The shower heads also need to be replaced with ones that actually work. Just a couple of items to change and this place would be great.
