Very bad experience my husband and I went in the store were totally ignored. we live in the area and wanted to buy some quality pans, and needed help to choose. No one approached or spoke to us. There were two women working and the store was dead! I guess they don’t need the business.

Chock full of high end products at a high end price. I have bought many of the products sold here, at Marshalls and saved a bundle but this would be a nice place to have a wedding registry. It’s a lovely shop for sure with super nice sales staff. The candles are lovely and long lasting.

Over-priced stock that can be found for less on the internet makes me wonder how this chain survives. It is nice to see the expensive pots and pans that are probably cherished by the rich.

I’m usually not one to review chain restaurants or retail establishments, but my recent experiences at Williams-Sonoma in Mashpee Commons have been top notch. I have to say, this five star rating goes almost entirely to the women who work here. They make this store feel not like a store of corporate America, but like a kitchen boutique in a small Cape Cod town. They were super helpful, but not bothersome, and genuinely interested in my selections and had many helpful comments about each of them so I knew I was making the right choices. This store does have some great deals on their sale section, and a wide variety of items that fit kitchens of all styles, cuisines, and families.

Everything you could ever want for your kitchen. Very fancy and interesting kitchen devices and food supplies galore. The staff were very polite, helpful, and knowledgable. Everything is a bit expensive, but that is probably justified considering the quality.
