I’m glad that HyVee supports our young people by hiring them to work there. It’s frustrating when there is no supervision of these young people. There should be adults to supervise them (Managers) and help them develop good customer service skills on the job.
I was very dissapointed in the service I received for my bakery order. The service recovery was not very good.
Conversely the deli did a great job and even attempted to make amends for the bakery issue/mistake — thank you!
