Took my son here for his birthday lunch and so we were on a time constraint. Walked in and instantly greeted with a happy hello from behind a busy counter. Almost instantly we were placing our order and checking out. Our sandwiches were fresh and beautifully made. We frequent this subway often since the remodel and seems like the staff changed for the better too.

I was quite impressed with the service I got at this Subway location. I was there for an interview. And this location is the first that got remodeled. I was surprised that after having a fire last year, That they had to remodel. All of the staff were friendly. And the wit for the sub was o.k. I was very impressed with the food and the quality. Thanks Travis and staff for this excellent service.

Although the food is fine, I’m constantly disappointed in this Subway location. I typically choose Subway for a quick & healthy option(food & drinks). I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last 8 weeks, all different times of day, and each time the brewed ice tea containers were empty. Staff declined to make any when I informed them the tea was empty, so I’m guessing ice tea ISNOT a menu option here. My last visit is what prompted me to enter this review, though. Last night I pulled into their parking lot at 9:40 pm(close at 10). Their employee was standing outside the front door. When I pulled in & parked he(Bobby according to his name tag) threw what he had in his hand as if having a tantrum, and stomped inside. I opened the door and asked if they were still open, and he actually yelled, «Yes!» Ordering was a treat, too, as I was given the most snotty & condescending service I’ve ever had. When paying at the register I handed over a $ 20 bill. He said he didn’t have change for it, but yet was able to find the correct change in the change bag. It was a very strange & disappointing experience.
