Only went here because my daughter bought me a gift cert. Wasted my time. Just a poor overall experience from the get go for me :(

Very nice office space. Customer service is ok. I have came here twice. First time I was told my hair was too short (she did attempt at least), but the following day my regular sugarist had no troubles removing the hair.
So I returned for a second attempt, only because I have a $ 50 gift certificate to use. This return attempt was met with «we don’t have a sugarist available, can you come back tomorrow?» Total fail!

Why don’t they have any reviews? Because it’s hair removal, silly, and none of us will admit to going there! I’m only outing myself as a customer because I accidentally missed my last appointment and I need to stay in their good graces. This place is the best for this beauty chore. They will wax your eyebrows but for other areas they do body sugaring. It lasts a lot longer than waxing. They also sell Dermalogica– the very best (but kind of expensive) skin care products and offer Dermalogica facials.
