Bought six months of meat, cut to order right before our eyes. They threw in chicken breasts, pork chops and roasts, french fries, pasta, vegetables, breakfast bacon and sausage. We were almost giddy with the purchase. The items completely filled up an unused freezer down in our garage.
In the past two days, we have had two of the sirlon steaks (very good, USDA choice), made a crock pot of low-​carb beef stew, had some BLT sandwiches (bacon packages were included in the purchase too), made 2 lbs of taco meat for tacos and taco salad, and have two club steaks marinating for use tomorrow.
Highly recommended. Professional people, too.
