I love Charming Charlie as a company. I tend to get bored with accessories very quickly and prefer to change them out every couple months. The excellent prices at Charming Charlie makes that an affordable possibility. Everything is easy to find since it’s broken out by colors. I’ve loved everything that I’ve purchased and found that the quality is high than I expected.
This location is a bit disappointing. When this store first opened, the staff was excellent. Everyone was adorably accessorized, making me feel confident in their suggested purchases. That’s no longer the case. The employees don’t seem to really feel comfortable making suggestions, and even when they do they are very uneasy and self conscious. If you’re looking for some assistance while shopping, head over to the Hyde Park location. If you prefer to be left alone, this store is perfect since the employees was give you the obligatory «hello» and then scurry off.

I been to many CC in different states since I’m a huge fan. I have to say this one was my least favorite. The sales girls were super nice but they lack a lot of quantity. I’m used to that all the other stores are well stocked with many many options and this store only had a few items in each color.
I only ended up getting a ring here since I really couldn’t find much to buy.

I stopped in here today to look for a specific color of necklace — that is specifically why I like this place… everything is sorted by color!
There is a wide variety/​selection to choose from. I almost always find stuff in the clearance section which is in the back of this particular store. These items are usually 50% off — so great deals can be found back here — go take a look here first!
Some of the items do look cheap, but you get what you pay for… keep that in mind. If you are looking for something that you are only going to wear a couple of times here and there then stock up on clearance items… that’s what I do.

I have bought quite a bit here over the last 2 years or so and have decided to not shop there as often. I haven’t had any trouble with handbags or clothing but every single necklace I have bought there breaks either the first or second time I wear it. Earrings do the same and sunglasses. Good place to get something cheap for a special outfit, but take repair tools with you!
