Website menu not legible. Sat hours say open until 11. Unilocal time says 10pm. Called 2x at 9:45 and answering machine says sorry not there to take call. They won’t make any money or do any better… What a shame. Facebook page last post 2013… Wonder how fresh the ingredients are too?

We decided to try Comet’s after the Cincy Magazine pizza list, but had not done so until last week. We ordered two pizzas, wings, and mozzarella sticks. We got carry out, which is good since the restaurant is tiny. The wings only come in one «flavor» and it was not good. My wife thought the chicken tasted wrong. The mozzarella sticks were bad. We have had better frozen ones. While the pizza toppings were fresh, the sauce was bland and the crust was bad. We know it wasn’t great when our son with a hollow leg didn’t finish. Needless to say we won’t be back as there are better pizza places around.

I was a little underwhelmed after reading the reviews. To me, this is just average pizza. It is just ok at best. I’m not even sure what to write because nothing really stood out to me. I think I liked the sauce the best. We had a large pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese. I couldn’t access their website to see their menu and specialty pizzas, so maybe I just need to try one of those to be more impressed?

I’ve been a fan since it was Corky’s. This is just good pizza. Comet’s really shines with their specialty pizzas like the Great White. Good crust and good sauce — not too sweet. I have never been a big pizza eater but we usually order here about once a month. Kinda small for dining in, but the owners are really nice people. It is a pleasure to support local businesses like this.

I went here 1 time and I was drunk and really liked the pizza. The 2^nd time I went I was sober and thought it tasted like shit. So if you plan on tying one on on a Friday night check it out. Otherwise scoot on down the street to get some of the best in Mason, Apontes.

Although I have never dined in, Comet’s Pizza by the slice has me impressed. Excellent crust with perfect crunch, flavorful sauce and CHEESE, glorious cheese! It’s a nice thin crust and not too much edge. Just how I like it!
I decided to try Comet’s on a whim as we passed by on the way home from The Beach Waterpark. We needed something quick and to go and Comet’s exceeded my expectation. What a perfect pit stop after a ‘rough’ day at The Beach!
Looking forward to trying more menu items and I will definitely drop in for more love by the slice!

We have liked this pizza joint since it was called Corkey’s and located on Kings Mills. You gotta love a place that just make a quality pizza and is so old school. Don’t support the big chain pizza places when you have a good local pizza place. When the owner rings you up and calls you «honey» you know it’s good.

This little mom and daughter place makes some of the best pizza around. My favorite is the veggie pizza with garlic butter. Worth the trip!
