Do not go here! I called them before I went in. They said they’d be able to help me. After taking my co pay and making me wait 45 minutes, the doctor came in to tell me he couldn’t help me and that I needed to go to the ER. I was livid! To top it off they wouldn’t give me my co pay back. I even demanded it back and nothing. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I feel disgusted that there are people like that in the medical field.

I’ve been to this urgent care twice in the past three months – for different issues – and the attention and care I received was much better than any I’ve ever received at an urgent care facility. And, I“ve been to many over the years…
I saw a different physician each time and both gave excellent care – taking time to talk to me and learn about the reason for my visit, my concerns, etc. I believe the proper tests were performed as well, which is critical. The enire staff is professional and the office is extremely clean and well kept.
Based upon my experience, I’d recommend Deerfield Urgent Care to anyone in need of urgent care services. I consider this facility to be top notch.

My daughter needed an X-​ray to determine if her swollen wrist was broken or just badly sprained. The staff were extremely helpful and soothing to a scared little girl. The doctor took extra time to insure we understood the instructions. I was very pleased with the service and their professionalism.

I stopped in for a cut on my finger that I figured needed stitches. The entire experience was great (except for the stitches, LOL). The check-​in process was easy, with the front desk employee joking and very friendly. The nurse who took me back for the initial medical background talk, etc, was great, and the doctor was kind and professional. I was in and out in an hour. The facility is new, clean, and very nice. I am very glad that this facility is in our neighborhood and will likely use them often for medical needs that I normally would have had to try to get in to see my regular GP for.
