Called to replace an outdoor spigot. After cutting a hole in the drywall, he cut the copper pipe and replaced the spigot leaving a mess on the floor and the garbage from his work. According to the garbage he left the new spigot was about $ 50.00. Total cost of the job which took about one hour $ 450.00!!! I called the office to complain about the charges and the work and never even got a call back from the manager. Wow do I feel stupid for hiring this company. That is one mistake I will not make again.

Main sump pump failed and backup was not keeping up. We bailed for 2 ½ hours until the plumber showed up. We had managed to keep the water out of the basement and our carpet was dry. When the plumber showed up we asked if he had a portable pump to get the level down further before installing the new pump. He said that wouldn’t be necessary — that he would have the new pump installed before there was any problem. Ha! That didn’t happen. By the time he was done, our carpet was soaked. We had to call in a restoration company, make an insurance claim and pay our deductible. We called Nixco and gave them the opportunity to make it right. Their answer: Sorry, not our fault!
