This is by far the worst tanning experience I have had. They were running a special this week so I assumed they would be a bit more busy than usual. So upon my arrival I was asked to wait just a minute as she was working with a new customer, the person at the front desk then proceeded to spend 25 minutes touring and trying to sell the customer upgraded packages while 7 other people had walked in and we’re now waiting. The inability to multitask was unreal. Beyond that I was then told I could only tan for 7 minutes because they had no history on me (mind you I had color since I had been tanning for an upcoming vacation). Just a poor experience all around, I will not return.

Since this tanning spa was bought out and changed their name to Palm Beach the bulbs do not get changed in the beds! I feel sorry for people who have no idea they are laying on bulbs that have not been changed out in over a year! No one will get a decent tan at this location unless they pay for a spray tan!
