I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have never experienced a better office and maintenance staff. The stove top was damaged when I moved in, but they quickly replaced it. I’ve lived in other apartment communities and am sure that if the stove still worked, I would have been told that they’re not going to do anything. The complex is well maintained, the apartments are great looking, and my move-​in experience could not have better! I think I’m going to love living here.

if you are looking for apartment in mason I highly recommend palmera. I rented in mason before and palmera is the best apartment community in this area .it was a great decision for me to move in to live at palmera. the managers and staff are excellent people. they are very considerate and always get out of their ways to make residents happy .they always host parties and create a sense of community. you will also meet a great residents in palmera. their maintenance staff are very quick and very professional. I just renewed my lease for another year because I have not had a single issue living here. thank you palmera

I honestly have never been happier in a community. I’ve lived in four different apartment complexes in the past ten years… and not one has even come close to the happiness I feel now at Palmera. The staff is amazing. Maintenance is wonderful. It’s quiet and safe. I cannot express how absolutely happy I am with my decision to move to Palmera. The rent is on the steeper side for me (I am single and not sharing living expenses)… but I would rather stretch myself thin every month and live in such a wonderful community! It’s the best place I’ve ever lived.

Lived here for a year and loved it. Had to move for job relocation. The apartments are beautiful and staff goes out of their way. Grounds are maintained and it is quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great place to live!

I moved to Palmera in June, 2013. I absolutely love my apartment and the Palmera Community. After my divorce I was a little concerned about apartment living since I’ve owned a home since ’95 but I have been very happy here. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, quiet and very pet friendly. Maintenance is unbelievably quick and the office staff is friendly and helpful. As long as the rent stays in my price range, I don’t plan to go anywhere. Love it here! I don’t miss owning a home at all!

They are not the largest size apartments around, very quiet and most important they are PET FRIENDLY. Fairly quiet, close to 75, great shopping within just a few miles. Fairly active community, the Property Management has something going on most of the time,
