«Worth every penny» says my girlfriend. Appetizers: we got the sampler. Maple donut holes, blueberry maple donut holes, and cinnamon rolls — all amazing. The pancakes: huge, delicious, fluffy. The maple syrup: fantastic. The ham hash omelette: so good I would drive an hour to eat it… even if I were impatiently hungry. The ambience: rustic; what Cracker Barrel wants to be, but with a New Hampshire /north woods bent. The service: fast, attentive, pleasant. If we can survive how incredibly full we are, we’re definitely coming back.

A really nice, authentic New Hampshire breakfast/lunch place. Servings were huge and flavorful. Service was great. I would definitely go back when I am next in the area.

Absolutely love this place. Food is so good and wait staff is so pleasant. I’ve only been twice in almost 20 years, but now that I live closer, I will be going much more often.

This place was worth the drive. It really didn’t take as long to get there as I expected. Maybe 30 min. We got there and got seated right away. The food was delicious. I had my usual egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. It’s amazing how something so simple gets messed up so frequently. Well this sandwich was awesome. A mound of bacon under the perfectly cooked egg(that was huge) and wonderfully melted cheese in a toasted English muffin. Yum! It came with a side of home fries. My husband got the eggs Irish with home made hash. HUGE portion. And it was devoured and gone and he had a happy belly! Sides are huge portions as well. So go hungry! Our waitress was amazing and friendly and spot on! This is a must go to place for breakfast. Homemade muffins and pancakes and breads and so much more. It was also a pretty ride, so hop on the bikes and head here one beautiful day and have yourself a stack it fresh made and berry packed pancakes and a side of their amazing corn beef hash.

This place has a neat ambience with lots to look at. The service was quick and the food good. The gift shop has lots of maple items. I am glad we stopped on our road trip.

Food 2 Service 5 Coffee 1 It’s quite disappointing when a restaurant doesn’t care enough about food quality. The home fries come in a bag frozen and are deep fried. The breakfast was similar to Dennys. I guess people don’t go there for the food. The coffee tasted slightly burnt and old like poor gas station coffee. The service was excellent and food was quick.

During my annual pilgrimages to New Hampshire, this is on my list of places I must visit. Can I praise the Irish Eggs enough? Or those giant blueberry pancakes? Or the apple cider pancakes? Nope, not enough praise for their food. On the rare times I can finish a full meal, I don’t need much for the rest of the day. When I’m visiting, I usually go during the week, and there isn’t a wait. Love it it’s a great place to take my nephew, and no one blinks an eye about having the little guy here with us. Is it fancy, no. If you want fancy, go to Boston. Want good food, homey service, a consistently full coffee cup, and to roll out of there with a full belly — come to Parker’s.

Some of these reviews are absolutely absurd. Someone actually wrote that the portions are small when in fact you’ll never even be able to finish it! The portions are HUGE. We’ve been making the trek up here for years. People complain about the long wait times but hey, if there’s consistently long wait times what does that tell you? It tells me that the prices are fair, the food yummy, the atmosphere nice, and the service good. All 100% accurate. Parkers is in the middle of nowhere. How long do you think they’d stay open if it wasn’t great? Couple of minor annoyances prevent a 5 star review… The wooden benches while rustic and cool are very uncomfortable to sit on. They have padded benches in another section, if possible ask to be seated there. The coffee, which I consider an important part of a good breakfast is weak and kind of gross. Finally, there’s a younger guy at the front that I assume is supposed to be a supervisor of some sort. He’s pretty much a dink who never smiles or says hello when you walk in. That’s a bit of a drag after waiting an hour for a table. Overall Parkers delivers on most things very well. You really can’t be unhappy here unless you’re looking for a reason to be.

I had an omelet with veggies and cheese, home fries and toast. My husband loves their home made ham hash & pancakes with home made maple syrup. Wait time was about an hour but it was Sunday and worth the wait!

I actually came here twice in one week because it’s such a neat place. The first visit was the middle of the day on a Saturday which was very busy. There was an hour and a half wait but Parkers does not take reservations or call aheads in order to give every customer an equal opportunity to eat in the restaurant. We passed the time visiting the gift shop which has some really neat and unique items. When we were finally seated our waitress was very bubbly and our food came out in under ten minutes. I wouldn’t say the food itself is anything mind blowing but it’s yummy, affordable, and you can’t go wrong with real maple syrup. My second visit was on a Thursday morning which was far less busy, we got a table right away.

I have frequented this place for years and so has my family so I can tell you that the service and food has really taken a dive. My sister recently went and said the food was horrible and they asked fora certain table and the guy said«whatever». This makes us very sad because we loved going there and the food, but now, it’s been crossed off our list. :(

Great place to have lunch or breakfast at a Barn-like spot. Don’t miss the attached store. We go during the week to avoid the crowds. But, even with a weekend wait it’s worth it. Always get the corned beef, which is home made with an egg over easy. Hubby always gets the pancakes which I need to try! Bring the family as they have large tables! Enjoy’

Making the hour plus trip to Parker’s Maple Barn has become something of a yearly tradition for my family. At some point every autumn, we come here for breakfast before a day of apple picking and shopping at local farms. I’ve been here three times and absolutely love the food. I always start with their maple coffee which has the perfect amount of maple flavor. I always get the Irish Eggs: two poached eggs with HOMEMADE corn beef hash, hollandaise sauce, on English muffins served with crispy home fries. If thats not enough food, I have to get a pumpkin pancake on the side just because of how good it is. This place is always busy weekend mornings, so expect to wait a bit when you get there. They have a cute little shop next door too where you can buy anything from maple syrup to scarves and signs. Literally the ONLY reason whey they don’t get a five-star rating from me is because on two of the three occasions, they have overcooked my eggs. Poached eggs need to be served with a nice runny yolk. Twice now, mine have been nearly cooked through.

This place is what Cracker Barrel wishes it was. Authentic. On the side of a quiet New Hampshire road Parkers is my go to stop for hearty and well portioned breakfasts. Yummy! Fun gift shop too. But beware it gets crowded on the weekends. Closed in the Winter.

I ordered the Parker’s special. 2 eggs, 2 pancakes(buttermilk), ham hash, hash browns. Wow it was good! The pancakes had a cornbread taste and were sweet even without syrup. Once you put the syrup on, it’s done. You have the best pancakes period. Ham hash was out of this world! So good make you slap yo mama! Finished off the meal with a maple frap. The menu said there is nothing else like it, and I agree! You must try the maple frap! Friendly staff! Great food.

Best place for breakfast within 20 miles of Leominster, MA. Outstanding pancakes. Try the seasonal flavors. July is strawberry pancakes with real strawberry and strawberry purée in the batter. On weekends, get there before 9AM to avoid long waits. Even if you have to wait, it’s well worth it!!! Go shopping in the local store

4.5 stars. We went today on Saturday at 9:45 and had absolutely no wait. I was confused after reading the Unilocal reviews listing up to a 2 hour wait on weekends. That must be on Sundays. We had a waitress Mary Beth that took good care of us. We started with the deep fried cinnamon buns. They were okay but I wouldn’t order them again. For breakfast we eat had the Parker mini. I had a pumpkin pancake(absolutely fantastic!), an egg, 2 slices of wheat toast, home fries(very crispy and good despite what other reviews state), and 3 meats: 1 sausage, 1 bacon strip, and 1 piece of ham(which was absolutely amazing). The maple syrup they make in house tasted watered doen in our opinion. My boyfriend had the deep fried french toast. It was really good! I tried the maple frappé. My goodness it was good! I’d definitely go again.
