After a long day at work I decided to stop with my kids to get a 12 piece bucket of chicken. To my surprise I was told it would take 15 mins before my order would be ready!
This was my first time at Popeyes so I was very dis– appointed.
I am a regular at KFC and have never been told they didn’t have chicken ready! The manager made a comment that Popeyes is not fast food!
I decided not to wait and went to Burger King.

Good food bad service! The guy and girl working here were rude and to busy talking about their personal life to get my order correct. They left out two things I ordered. When I told them they slowly got it and then tossed it in the counter and walked away. No sorry about that or my bad just waked away.

Evidently I should have called ahead. I caught them flatfooted when I had the audacity to walk in and ordered chicken. 15 minutes later…

Showed up at 8 on a Sunday wanting a 5 pc spicy tender combo, was notified it would be a 5 min wait, which was no big deal. But then 2 minutes later was asked if I would take mild because they didn’t want to defrost any spicy tenders. So I just took my money elsewhere

This place is going down hill fast. They loss a lot of good help and the place has got very dirty. Where did Maggie go? I use to eat here 3 times or more a week.

Been there 3 times now and no problems at all. Great people, clean building. Best fried chicken around. I think I like this one (near King’s Island) even better than the Monroe location off 75.
