I went there around 7pm tonight and was told that the wait time for my prescription eye drop was going to be over an hour— there was nobody in line and nobody waiting in the waiting area. Heck! There wasn’t even anybody in the store! The pace of work was extremely lax and it took the tech 5 minutes just to even greet me. I have worked in a pharmacy before and know first hand that all the pharmacist had to do was basically throw it in a bag and call it good. I called my doctor’s office and asked if they could send the script over to the Mason Meijer Pharmacy instead.(They had it done by the time I drove over there(roughly 10 minutes)). When I went to tell the pharmacist to cancel the request, he immediately responded with a smirk on his face, «I can start working on it right now.» I declined, since apparently three minutes before that it was over an hour wait! They need to wait on the customers that are standing in front of them rather than customers that haven’t even arrived yet! I will NOT be going back.
