Steve’s guy’s came out within an hour, resolved the clog in about an hour and a half. Absolutely would have them back again for any plumbing work. Very personable and hard working.

Steve Jones is a good guy. I met him a few years ago along with his beautiful wife. We took at class together and we shared 6 Saturdays. I learned about Steve and his dedication to his wife, family and job. He shared the struggle of starting his business and the hard work that was required to run the business successfully. On two occasions I invited Steve Jones plumbing to come to my home.
One morning my family and I woke up and found the basement flooded. It was on the weekend when plumbers are on-​call and charge more. I called Steve Jones plumbing and they immediately came over. The problem was a failed sump pump. While standing in 6 inches of water, the plumber was able to install a new pump. The work cost only a little more than a normal weekday charge. Let’s say at first we were panicked but when Steve Jones plumbing came out they gave us piece of mind when the water receded with the new pump working.
On another occasion, I ask Steve Jones plumbing to come and move a rear spigot. Steve Jones personally came out and discussed the project with me. We discussed the need to relocate the spigot and install the water line so that later we could still finish our basement. The quoted price was a great and we proceeded with the project. The project started promptly on time as they said they would. It was a little over 2 hours and the job was completed. I inspected the new copper pipes and spigot and everything looked great! I made sure that the pipes were installed in a way I can later finish my basement. I am pleased with their work.
I know next time I have a plumbing issue or project I will call Steve Jones plumbing to get the job done quickly, correctly and within budget!

After a bad experience with Roto-​Rooter, I had a pretty low opinion of plumbers. When I needed a new kitchen sink, however, I called Steve Jones Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend. They are wonderful! The sink replacement took an hour and a half, and the total bill was $ 155. (I had purchased the parts myself, so it was all labor.) They were very responsive and came out the day after I called them. They were even early! The work they did is excellent, and their plumber was very professional the entire time. I will definitely call Steve Jones Plumbing again whenever I need plumbing work!
