We have used this UPS store locations several times to drop off prepaid return shipments. Each time, the employees were friendly and printed off receipts. They have been open when we went in around 8:45. So maybe the staff has changed since prior reviewers. I didn’t give it five stars as we didn’t pay for services.

Its almost like the other reviewers experienced a different store. There was another UPS store on Kings Mills Rd until last December when they closed. But I have had nothing but good things and experiences here. Ive found the staff to be extremely helpful. They have gone the extra mile for me more than a few times. I do wish there was parking closer to the storefront, and sometimes folks do park in front of the door, but other than that I am happy with the service.

This morning was the 3rd time I waited for the store to open… finally today at 8:50 a.m. I left. They are suppose to open at 8:30! The two other times, when the woman employee finally got there, she seemed like she could of cared less if customers are waiting after 8:30…terrible business.

Unfortunately, the other post here is absolutely correct. Aren’t they in business to help businesses ?? After 2 similar experiences, I finally had to write. I waited outside on my way to work 30 minutes past the posted store opening time… but no one arrived. As a small business owner, I have both FedEx and UPS accounts and frequently ship via both. Today I brought a package in to ship to a customer who wanted it billed to their account. The employee /owner seemed frustrated that I was there to begin with and was told I could not ship a package from there and charge it to another’s account! I would have to go to the main hub in Sharonville !! Extremely unhelpful. There’s nothing convenient of helpful about this location.

OK… when I say a business doesn’t understand ‘business’ this place takes the cake. We are regular customers. My wife is always sending stuff to friends and family. Normally we’re the only ones in the store. However, today when I dropped off a UPS postage paid return, the clerk/owner told me that because the box wasn’t taped, he usually charges $ 1.00. I explained that we are regular customers, but he didn’t get it. Unfortunately(or fortunately) this place really doesn’t understand ‘customer service/customer loyalty.‘ These are chains so you are better off going to another location or else you’ll be hassled over $ 1.00 after supporting them for past 5 years!
