Bad costumer service. Snippy assistance manager Stephanie I think is her name. Shelfs mislabeled so current sale prices don’t ring up. Told I had an attitude. Never received an apology. Will never go back and I spend a lot of money in that store.

Had the worst customer service experience in this store. Waiting for someone to help me that knows where things are and what they carry gave me anxiety. They don’t really have much in the way of combs inventory. Was looking for a simple wide tooth comb. The customer service person couldn’t find pure acetone.

I will not be returning to this Ulta anytime soon. The people that«work» there have better things to do than help customers.

Great selection of anything cosmetic you could ever need. Shop their sale ads, because generally if a product is on sale, combined with the points or free gifts you earn, it will be cheaper than anywhere else you can buy it. They have a wide range from high end to low end, and the Ulta brand items are great. Try a facial at the salon!

I took my nine year old daughter today for a haircut. I had not been to an Ulta before but they had Sunday hours until six. My daughter was donating over 10 inches of hair to locks of love and they said they could accommodate us. They gave her a free haircut and style, had the donation form and sent the donation for me. The haircut was super cute and Kendall was very nice. I will be going back!

Ulta is my go-to for premium skin care and the latest products from mass brands. I love their no questions asked return policy. I feel more confident trying premium skin care products knowing I can return it if it doesn’t actually do what it says. I haven’t had to return anything crazy expensive yet, but I like the reassurance… Just in case. I love looking for new make up and nail trends at Ulta. They always carry the latest and it’s hard to leave the store without some cool new find. My two major gripes about the store are price and service. Most of the items can usually be found elsewhere for significantly less. And it’s easy to go an entire visit without getting help from a salesperson until check out.

Worst service. EVER. Workers ignored me standing in line while they went behind the counter. They could have said, «wait one moment, or someone will get with you.» No. they didn’t. Meanwhile the one cashier talked endlessly with a customer about how she(the cashier!) didn’t like to wear glasses and that glasses ruined her look.

Let me sum it up for you — This is my Happy Place!(I can totally just go here and wander around, sort of like my boyfriend does when he goes to Lowes or Home Depot) Yay Ulta!!! I am a loyal Ulta shopper. I purchase all of my cosmetics here, and I use the Ulta brand. I actually used Bare Minerals for years, and then switched several years ago, when they were out of my color of base powder. I found out that I actually liked the feel and coverage of the Ulta brand way better, and I loved the price WAY, WAY better. Also, Ulta has specials all the time, BOGO, B2G2, 20 $ off, weekly coupons, so just sign up for your Ulta Rewards Points to start your savings. I also buy perfume, hair products, etc here as well. They have a salon on site, which I have used for a hair cut in the past and they did a great job. I totally love my Ulta reward points, I have a ton and I keep saving them since they don’t expire! I am saving them for larger ticket items(Chi flat irons, blow dryers, etc). Do yourself a favor and go to Ulta! Make sure you go to this location — they have fantastic customer service here!

REALLY disappointed in the salon’s customer service. I like the store and if I were rating the store only, I would give it between 3 – 4 stars. Salon Experience: I have had 2 positive experiences with the salon here before. Went back again yesterday.(Had rescheduled my previous appointment this week and asked for a specific person and time. I confirmed these details before I hung up. I immediately added the appointment to my calendar… so I know I have the details right, plus I really NEEDED this date and time.) To my surprise, yesterday I was greeted and told I arrived early and they had put me down for a later time(15 minutes later, not a huge deal; although I was on a bit of a time crunch). They gave me a bottle of water(nice touch) and I browsed the store. I arrived back at the appointment time and… no service. The stylist who had greeted me before was working on someone else’s hair and made eye contact with me. She then walked to the back counter and mixed up hair color. I get she’s busy but at least acknowledging me or asking me to wait a bit more is fine. No communication. My stylist never showed either. It was awkward. I waited 5 more minutes and no acknowledgement. I couldn’t wave the one stylist down as her back was to me. No one else ever came out. So, I gave up as I wasn’t sure how much longer I’d have to wait or if I’d be acknowledged. I left due to two things: they got my appointment time wrong and, then, when I patiently waited and walked over at the time given, I wasn’t acknowledged. I get they may be busy but communication is KEY. Otherwise, I don’t know what is going on and I feel ignored or just a number. Yeah, I could have complained to management but I just felt like it wasn’t worth it. I don’t want to waste my time + money on the salon here again. Also, never received a call from my stylist explaining the situation. I wonder if she ever realized she had my appointment? Was she even there? Positives: good range of selection of makeup(low-end to higher-end), haircare, beauty tools, nail polishes, etc., large store. Brightly-lit. Negatives: Salon either confused or doesn’t care. No communication. Customer service in the store as a whole is hit or miss. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s staffed usually pretty low. Some workers are pleasant and informative, some are MIA.

I LOVE Ulta. This store is definitely the best Ulta in the city. It has the best an biggest selection and is the best organized. BUT, Ulta is pricey and regular and sometimes sale prices are not competitive. However, if you use the store coupon that are ALWAYS available through store flyers and their website, take advantage of their Ulta Beauty Club and do your homework you can get insane deals and save hundreds of dollars. The staff can be either very knowledgeable or not at all and are usually staffed low but they are always willing to help. SO… great store, great range of product and amazing deals if you take the time and do your research.

Love this store, it’s sephora meets CVS They have EVERYTHING! From Maybelline, To Two-Faces/Bare Minerals… EVERYTHING Need box color, and to kill a couple minutes… errrr hours… DONE Better priced then my BELOVED sephora and closer! They have everything(Make up) categorized by face, lips, cheeks, eyes(Broken down into mascaras/liners/color for the peepers) At times it’s cheaper then going inside walmart once you know the flow of the store They sell perfumes/calonges on the opposite wall, and if you«explpore» more you find they have Styling tools, hair accessories, brushes And further back you«explore» they have the higher end make up lines: your bare minerals, two faced, etc… I can even get replacement heads for my «god wand»(Clairsonic brush) as I call her. You also have all your entire philosophy line(FAVORITE) on top of everything else your bathroom needs/doesn’t Ontop of their being a full in STORE salon The store is always clean and very friendly staff willing to help you find things! Because let’s face it the first time you go in. MIND. BLOWN. Careful on your way to the register, they have all those purse accessories, just there tempting you, calling your name and whispering sweet nothings to you Make sure you sign up for their saver-card, I always get magazines once a month or so. showing you what sales they have going on… They’re AMAZING!!! Buy one get one frees, EVERYTHING including coupons

Let me sum things up here. If CVS and Sephora had a child it would be Ulta. They sell a wide variety of cosmetics, hair styling tools, fragrances and there is an in-store salon. I love Sephora but times are tough and I think Ulta is a better value. Do I really need to spend $ 24 for mascara? At Ulta you have the choice to save or splurge. I went for the buy one get one 50% off L’Oreal mascara. Damage $ 14 for two. I splurged on my Versace perfume but I got a free cooler. I needed one it’s summertime!
