Could not get a call back for days. Then when I did they called scheduled and did not show. called and left 5 unanswered voice mails. I know they may be busy but still no calls really. Here is the kicker one call I made I used a different phone # and didn’t leave voice mail later I got a call and could here the guy online breathing but would not talk. So I let them know it may be a connection error so I would call back. Called back 4 times over an hour and no one would pick up. I know they just called me from the number and it just would ring and go to voicemail. There are plenty of others out there. Save yourself the same misery as me and find someone else

We had a 30 – 40 foot Spruce tree in our front yard about 12 fee from our house. It was planted years ago and just not positioned very well — we couldn’t see out the big window in our living room. I contacted three tree services. Woodruff was the first to respond and quoted $ 500 to take the tree down, remove the debris, and grind the stump, which I thought was certainly reasonable. I had a second quote come in at $ 485 to do the same work. I noticed that Woodruff had a 10% coupon on here, which brought the quote down to $ 450. I think I would have gone with them anyway despite not being the lowest cost as they were quite professional and the first to respond to my messages.
The only thing that knocked my review down was that no one ever picked up the phone when I made a call (I have no doubt that they are busy) and I was given an approximate time to do the work of Wednesday or Thursday, which turned out to be Friday. However, I was told by 11 AM on Friday and they were there at 10:59 AM. I also understand that by nature, their business is done in variable time frames and if this is the worst thing I can say about them, I don’t think its that bad.
Highly recommended as they are professional, reasonable and do quality work!
