Almost impossible to find and in the middle of no where in Maspeth, we used this showroom when we re-​did our kitchen and bathrooms. Great selection, and they have things that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Very different experience as far as the staff — they are available and helpful. All you need to do is ask for help, and they will. Prices are far, far less than at places like Home Depot.

I would never use this business. One of their employees was parked outside my apartment building in a residential neighborhood in Manhattan honking his horn like a wild animal, non-​stop for almost 10 minutes at 7:30 am. After waiting a few minutes, I actually had time to get dressed, put on shoes, take the elevator down and this person was still holding his hand on the horn beeping like a lunatic. Avoid.

When I found this place’s website I was excited to see in person what seemed like a good selection. So I went to the Queens location and I asked one of the sales people about an item I had seen online, made by a brand they carry. The woman at the desk rolled her eyes and basically told me I had some nerve to come into her store and start asking questions. I let that slide, since I really needed some things for a bathroom, and moved on to pick out a bath tub. After that I spent an hour with another sales guy, deciding on a bath tub spout to go with it. A month later I find out that after all that discussion he accidentally ordered a shower body instead of a tub spout, and effectively pushed my remodeling job back 3 weeks. So when the correct piece finally arrived, I went back to exchange it for the correct item, only to have the same sales guy accuse me of ordering the wrong item myself (did i forget what I was building?) and that I now owed him $ 41.00, without even the slightest attempt to apologize for his blatant mistake.

This is a great place for when you redo your bathroom or kitchen and need that Koehler sink. They offer you lots of help. Just be aware that the Maspeth location is a little hard to find, but they also a bunch of locations.
