I will never do business with this place again been waiting for 2 little parts to get back from California since June

Whilst seeking out a high cold cranking amp motorcycle battery to give initial power to the Harley Dynaglide Series (2007 Streetbob-​Super 96) I was having no luck. More specifically, locating and speaking with a motorcycle guy who knew about Harleys or at a minimum, large displacement motors as my Super 96 is 96ci and 1585cc.
Almost immediately following my battery purchase at PepBoys, who now sells some motorcycle batteries, the helpful worker did suggest Kaotic. Located just a few blocks away was the shop, so I thought to stop in. I was warmly greeted by the owner who detailed the battery I needed, which he had in stock and although a better qualify battery, held to the the same price point as the Build Your Own Pepboy’s battery. Seriously, you need to add the acid into the cells yourself.
So, I bought the battery anyway, an extra never hurts to have on hand.
Since then I have had a few minor questions from grips to handlebar dampening bushings and the fine folks at Kaotic are always willing to help and are most generous with their time.
Lots of Japanese racing bikes sit outside infront of the entrance along with dirt bikes and quads.
Go give Kaotic a look, you won’t be disappointed.

Stay away from this place. Had work done on my motorcycle here and picked up the bike, instead of him replacing fairing bolts, he used tie wraps, used incorrect screws for the bar handle ends which left them loose, and didn’t put on the stator cover correctly because it was leaking oil. Also he told me he couldn’t fix the part where he put the tie wrap because the bracket was bent and I needed a new bracket. After checking it myself, the bracket just needed to be bent back in place. Easy fix, but this idiot couldnt do that? I had to do everything over myself to have it done right, and I had no previous experience fixing bikes. This moron charges too much for garbage work. Stay away from this shop. Kevin the owner is very unprofessional

This cock is still in business, although i dont know how, cause he suks as a mechanic and a human being.
