Completely unprofessional. I tried to schedule appointment to have 3 locks changed following a tenant eviction that is scheduled for tomorrow. Person who answered the phone barely let me finish my request before telling me «i’m not your guy» because they would have to be there when the Marshall is there and they don’t want to work within the Marshall’s time window. I guess they only work when it’s convenient for them.

My family has used them for years and they always do great quality work. Recently I had to change my car locks due to a missing spare key. Even though they did not do this anymore they found me someone who did! They are awesome

Wow, these guys are great! My parents had an emergency and the fire department had to come and jimmy their door and break through the deadbolt lock. The door could not be secured afterwards creating an unsafe situation so we needed a locksmith pronto.
We left a message that night and Maspeth Lock and Safe came first thing the next morning and even pushed us ahead of other customers who were not in as dire a predicament. We weren’t even sure if a lock could be properly installed on the damaged door but they were able to do it. The folks are safe again, thanks to Maspeth Lock. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

In my opinion this business is NOT customer friendly. How can u have the audacity to charge $ 165.00 to re-​key two locks. It didn’t even take a half hour to perform. The owner was completely unreasonable and unsympathetic. This is worse than corporate greed
