McDonald’s

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in existence!
To start off it’s gross and smells.
The employees are lazy, they speak in a monotone voice, and move as though they are dragging a heavy prisoner ball around their ankles.
As such the service is slow.. . obviously
One time I ordered a McChicken sandwich and it came with a bread bun that seemed to have been pinched AND with either a NOSE hair or an EYEBROW hair on the same bread bun!
Lastly did I mention they were lazy? Because the store clearly states that it closes at 10:00 PM yet they always close at 7:30/8:00 PM and give you an attitude when you come in at that time.
Just do yourselves a favor and don’t come in here, go grab a SUBWAY down two blocks from this disgrace!

Never come here again!!! Horrible service! Not fresh food! Not accept cards and changes with loss coins… fuck it!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Queens if not NYC. Your order is delayed while you wait for fries and when you get them the fries are cold. The manager is clueless and the staff obviously wants to be anywhere else but there. The place needs a major makeover as its dingy and dirty. Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald’s at the LIE service road at 60^th Street where the staff is attentive and the place is extremely clean and modern.

I rarely eat junk food. Today I confirmed why I should not at this particular location. The cheeseburger was cold and had a strange texture laden with salt. Not rock salt. I don’t know. I was like a part of a skeleton or maybe some teeth that accidentally fell on the anything but gastronomic amalgamation. I want my damn refund so I can buy some prune juice and Metamucil. Thank you for making this young vigorously vital man feel like a senior citizen.

The worst I’ve ever been in!!! Take 15 – 20 min for a meal if you would call it that fries would be cold or the burger cold or burnt! Never again & the manager needs to learn manners

This place is so bad I don’t know where to begin. It’s dingy, dirty… Customer service is horrible… Slow slow slow

This Mcdonalds doesnt even deserve a star rating i went in there twice and im pretty sure both times i did not order cause i was just pretty disgusted by the condition of this place plus they dont have a lot of items that normal Mcdonalds locations have, they should seriously renovate or close down, theres also one person per shift i guess which i say is unfair whether the mcdonalds is busy or not, dont go to this unless you want chicken nuggets.

What is this?
This is the most ghetto McDonalds ever. I went to the bathroom and there is graffiti everywhere and it looks like one of those bathrooms that Eminem went to in the Lose Yourself music video. The paper towel dispenser was like half broken smh, so was the mirror.
The menu is not full, and many times this is critically understaffed. How is this place open?

I normally wouldn’t rate a Mcdonalds… they’re all pretty standard. However, this location is particularly terrible. There are not enough employees in this location. Every order will have you waiting 10 – 20 minutes. Literally, I could order here, drive to the next closest Mcdonalds location, order the exact same thing, and get it quicker there. Definitely NOT fast food.
In addition to being ridiculously slow, the place is not very kempt (lack of employees), and they don’t offer the full Mcdonald’s menu (um…lack of employees?).

This Mcdonalds is beyond horrible, everytime i go there my order is either messed up forgotten about or takes way to long to make compared to the amount i ordered. I ordered 2 mchickens one day and i ordered first and my friend went after my and ordered 2 mchickens, fries, a burger and a drink. His order came within 5 – 10 min. My little order of 2 mchickens took 30 minutes and not only did it take that long but they gave me spicy mchickens too and i went to complain and they said that they are sorry but they didnt have anymore normal mchickens. Like you could of told me that from the begining and not make me waste money on something i dont want and they didnt give me a refund. Also another incident that happen was the lady taking my order gave me an attitude, i was talking to my friend since i wasnt first in line and then i didnt notice that it was my turn so instead of teling me nicely this lady says «how may i help you «yelling it and with so much attitude, then once i did get my 1 mchicken!!! after 30 min ! she threw my food on the counter. I did not appreciate this rude behavior of hers. I think they should definitly close this mcdonalds down the service there is horrible.

How does McDonalds allow this place to be part of their chain??? Where to begin? The food is never fast but rather slower than could be imagined. It took them 15min to complete our order. 15 minutes? Really? I would have been insulted if I did not see that everyone else’s order took just as long. Except for the woman who only ordered 2 coffees. Her order only took between 5 – 6 minutes. Next they only take cash. makes me wonder about the ownership and their dedication to serving the customer. Seating is limited, but I can’t see that there would be much return business for there to be a need for seating. The workers are slow, lazy and without focus. Looking at the way the owner runs the place I can’t blame them for wandering off in their own heads being left with either no leadership or a leader who is inept. Won’t go here again. If you see I gave it one star, it will be because Unilocal won’t let me give them no stars.

This McDonald’s is such a dinky hole in the wall. The most annoying thing about this place is that they don’t offer the full menu. For instance, no McFlurries! The video games for the kids have never worked, there is an upstairs that’s never used, and they’re CASH ONLY. Seriously. They close very early and service is painfully slow. Sometimes it’s because they don’t have enough people working, but other times it just seems like the food itself takes an extremely long time to prepare, which doesn’t make sense. I’m talking about a 10 – 15 minute wait on a regular basis for things like an order of chicken nuggets. I’m not sure what they’re doing to make such simple food take longer to prepare but it’s not like it tastes better for it, if anything it tastes worse than the food at other locations.
ETA: As of October 2011 they take credit! It’s a miracle!

I thought all McDonald are made the same. I was wrong. The Big Mac and Fries just don’t taste as good as the other places. They taste like overnight stuff. I went there once and never went back again.

I agree with the prior reviewer. I love McDonald’s salads and this location does not sell them.

This got to be the worst McDonald’s in the world. The owner of the restaurant never upgraded the place since it replaced Rosa’s pizza. They don’t carry the entire McDonald’s menu, the food always taste bad. I bought a double quarter pounder w/​cheese and the burger was burned way over cooked. After one bite, I had to throw it away. The fries sucks too, couldn’t eat it. I got an official McDonald’s coupon for $ 1 off a medium coffee, but they weren’t let me use it, the was the coffee cost $ 1.44 and it would cost 44 cents if they let me use the coupon. Not my fault, if you can’t handle the coupons which McDonald’s gives out. You shouldn’t be in business. Shut down the restaurant already and replace it with something better. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.
