I’d like to thank Minuteman Press for executing such wonderful customer service on my recent order of wedding invitation envelope addressing. I worked with Josh who was able to get my envelopes printed within a 3 day time frame. The calligrapher who works with minuteman, Mary, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to speak with me to review a few minor details and even allowed me to personally pick up my envelopes from her home on a Saturday morning as Minuteman Press was closed at the time. The envelopes came out beautifully and she offered tips on how to best seal and have them mailed out. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will use Minuteman Press again in the future.

Been using them for years. Mike the owner is very helpful and goes out of his way to do whatever he can to help. Don’t think twice about using them.

I recently had some business cards printed at Minuteman Press in Massapequa. The cards came out nicely but I found the staff, or at least the man who handled my order, to be unprofessional.
I brought in my design and left it in a digital format with one of the staff. He promised me a proof within three days. After a full week had passed, I called and left a message, but got no response. I called again in a few more days and the man said, «Oh, that was your order? I have your sheet here but I forgot what your project was. Did you give me your design? I don’t know why I didn’t call you.»
Well, I don’t know either. As I said above, my cards look very nice and true to the digital design I created. This may be a one-​off incident, but I won’t be returning here.
