A 3 is the average of my rating. The food and value would be a 5 and the service would be a 0. We’ve ordered from here probably 15 times. We really like the deep dish pizza. The edges are crispy, chewy and cheesy. We’ve had the Italian and the steak subs, GREAT, the boneless wings are very good. The coupons and online«deals» make this an extremely inexpensive meal. HOWEVER, I have yet to get there and have my order ready. We have ordered online and on the phone. I have never had to wait LESS than 10 minutes!(Even the time I called before I left the house to check and see if it was ready.). It’s not waiting in line either. They say 15 – 20 minutes. I get there, check in at the desk with people who all seem a little flighty(oh I see someone standing there maybe I should talk to them, hmmm their pizza is not ready it shouldn’t be long, lalala oh are you still waiting, ladeedaadeee, what did you have again…) they aren’t rude, they aren’t mean or purposely unhelpful, just kinda dazed and not very useful. No one seems to know what’s going on. One might say it’s our fault for continuing to get pizza from here. But we like it and can get a large 3 item and small 3 item pizzas for $ 12.99. This feeds us for 3 meals at least. We just make sure that we order at least 45 minutes before we want it and show up after 20 minutes with something to keep us busy(games on smartphone) for another 25 minutes. Because they probably won’t start making the pizza until you get there. And it’s usually just one poor guy making pizzas while the others stand around looking clueless.

Oh let’s see. Within a few days of their opening I was almost involved in a wreck with one of their careless drivers. When I called the store, whoever I talked to wasn’t concerned at all. This location opens when it wants, closes when it wants, and no one responds to customer service inquiries when you try to ask about why. Won’t even bother going here!

The Pizza doesn’t have much sauce under the cheese. The crust is nice and thick. Not recommended.

I like the deep dish alot. Very good for a chain pizza joint. Pretty good deals too. Haven’t tried the subs or bread but looks pretty good as well. They seem to do a good business do far in Massillon as thet always look swamped when I pick up

This experience was frustrating to say the least. It probably does not deserve two stars, but for the sake of the reader I think its appropriate. This was very simple. At 4:55pm I called to order a large NY bold fold(pretty much just a pepperoni pizza) for pickup. They indicated it would take 15 – 20 minutes and I arrived promptly at 5:10pm. Upon entering I was the only customer they had, but they managed to have at least 10 employees in this small pizza shop. I walked to the cash register and just stood there as people just walked by me. Then I started getting comments from them — they were all the same. «She will be with you in just a moment». All three people that actually acknowledged me said the same thing. Ah, service finally. Told her my name… pizza was not ready. No big deal, i was a bit early as it is. The exchange was awkward… she was confused if I should pay now, pay later and she seemed legitimately shocked that I was going to stay and wait for my pizza. I paid, and had to ask for my credit card receipt for some reason — but the important part was I had a hunch I was going to need it later. So I sat there and waited for about 20 minutes. Not a word to me… as customers came in and out. Some even ordering on site and getting what they ordered. So I went up there to check on it. Again it was very confusing to everyone. Still no pizza… Another 15 minutes go by… it is now around 5:45. Many more customers… still not a word to me. I go up again and ask again… have to tell them my name for the third time for some reason. Behold! A pizza! Of course she thinks I need to pay for my pizza. Glad I asked for my receipt. No apology, just another confusing look. I look at the ticket on the pizza… it showed the pizza was ready to pickup at 5:11. ONEMINUTE after i arrived. For the sake of being as brief as possible I will get to the pizza now. But there was certainly more I missed about the customer service at this place. The pizza as a whole was about 2.5 stars. The dough was terrible, very hard, no flavor, and tough. Sauce wasn’t bad and the«spicy» pepperoni was decent too. The«turbo crust» was not nearly as good as it should have been — how you screw up butter, garlic and romano crust ill never know. It made the pizza incredibly greasy and all I tasted was garlic after I finished eating. I will never be back here — even if the pizza was better. The customer service was truly shocking. I would hate to see what delivery was like…
