The front office staff is often rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. Constant confusion which requires many follow-​up calls to make sure your request has been fulfilled.

This doctors office is so unreliable and filled with a rude administrative staff. Every time I try and go there to pick up a prescription it is either wrong or they closed early. Especially after moving a bit farther away and having a longer drive to see that they are closed is so frustrating. How does a doctors office just decide to close early because they feel like it? I would never recommend anyone to go here.
