Horrible experience every time I go there! The employees are not educated in auto parts and gave me the wrong breaks for my vehicle the last time I was there. Always a long line with not so friendly employees.

Work six days a week. Just have Sunday to do anything. Ordered a part Sunday morning and was told it would be at the store by 4:00. Waited all day and when I called up my part was never put on the truck. Now I’m without a car for work on Monday. Amanda was a total piece of shit when it came to helping me. She needs a refresher course in customer satisfaction. I’m done with Autozone and I spent a lot of money there. If I can convince one person not to go there, It will be worth writing this.

The points card is recommended if you plan on shopping here a lot. For every $ 20 you spend you earn a point. For every 5 points you get back $ 20 toward a purchase.
Employee knowledge is mediocre at best. Their parts are also mediocre at best.
