Romo’s Septic Clng & Repairs

He was not the authorized service provider during this time. We asked him see why our septic system failed, the sand in the filters needed replaced, he said it would cost us $ 1060.00, we told him we did not have that kind of money to repair the system (health dept. gave us 30 days to fix). Three weeks later he went ahead and had his guys do the work when no one was there without our permission. We contacted him and he told us to pay him or he would have his guys undo the work and red tag our system and report us to the health dept. and EPA for a nonfunctioning system and that he would take us to court. After talking to the health dept. they said our hands were tied either pay him or pay out more with fines and court cost. So thanks to him no Christmas for my family and 1 missed mortgage payment later he got his money. Also the older guy he has working for him showed up drunk to pump our tank and asked questions about my daughters famine products and had the nerve to ask me about her panties. After he left I called Romo’s office to once again only get the answering machine, which never seems to get checked, left a message never heard back and the guy still works there. So I’ll never use them again and recommend other to steer clear!
