Really unfriendly service! I had to make a return and they treated me like I was some sort of criminal! I had NEVER had this kind of treatment from a store around here.
Everyone I spoke with agreed I had a faulty item — everyone of them agreed the item was discontinued due to so many complaints but they were not going to do anything about it at all because it was under warranty, which meant I had to drive it 60 miles from my home to get it repaired, then drive back to pick it up, plus pay for the inspection and parts!
Every person I encountered, including the manager was just dismissive and rude and each and everyone of them told me something different, which was confusing and I didn’t know who to believe.
I won’t return, especially with a Lowes about a 1 minute drive away and a very friendly staff.

to wait on you to find you something that you will need
to get your project done– you will need to wait llike
seems like forever to get someone to wait on you.
Not enough people to help you there.
