While the staff was very nice, I had scheduled an appointment and was very specific about what I wanted-when I arrived they did not have anything close to what I was looking for. They were very polite and helpful but had they told me they didn’t have what I needed over the phone, I wouldn’t have taken an hour and a half trip.

Came in and told them I had a specific budget. I said I could not go over this budget. They had very few dresses in my budget but I did end up liking one only to find it it was almost 500 $ over my budget. I am extremely angry and disappointed they would do something like that. I spoke to the manager in tears and she could care less and they wouldn’t budge on the price even though I told them it was very unethical for them to do something like that. They should’ve have never showed me dresses outside of my budget. It was wrong and heartbreaking.

I was nervous to keep my appointment after reading some of the very negative reviews here, but honestly, I had a positive experience at Cinderella Bridals. I was greeted promptly by my attendant and led to the back of the store where the gowns are kept to talk about my style and what I was looking for. She was kind, friendly, and eager to help. While I appreciated her help and found her very sweet, she didn’t seem to have the experience or confidence to make recommendations or narrow down the styles that worked best for me. Since it was my very first fitting and I had no idea what I wanted, I would have appreciated a stronger voice in this respect. A woman who I presume was a manager stepped in a few times to offer her more knowledgeable opinion. We tried on a lot of dresses and finally found 2 that I liked – one picked out by my sister and the other by the manager. Ultimately I ended up buying my gown elsewhere. My advice would be to visit Cinderella Bridals if you can clearly articulate what you are looking for, or request an experienced attendant to help you figure it out. Again, very nice people and polite service… not rude or unfriendly as alleged by several other reviews.

What. A. Dump! Run as far away from this dump as you possibly can. I came here with my two friends to look at bridal gowns. I was«greeted» by my consultant, who didn’t give her name but mentioned that the only reason they took me today was because they had a cancellation. Irrelevant to me. I was there already. Moving on to when we tried on dresses — they do not allow you to take photographs. She said, «buy it and take all the photos you want.» What would I spend $ 5,000 without taking a photograph first? Taking photos is relevant and common in today’s society. What’s better is that she could not produce a reason WHY photos were forbidden. Ridiculous. The showroom and dresses are filthy! Don’t expect stark white gowns as samples but here, the seams and boning were black on the gowns. The floor and dressing rooms are also dirty. I’m trying to put all this aside and even though I’m not thrilled about giving this condescending consultant any business, I find one I kind of like and ask to see it with a veil. She reluctantly fetches one and I ask for a belt. «Anything else?!» She says. No, nothing else, I reply. You can keep your filthy, boring, garbage inventory, Cinderella Bridal. Your employees should be fired and then sent to Jerk Reassignment Workshop.

Went here on a recommendation and was disappointed. First of all they only have sample sizes so if your bridesmaids are human and not mannequin sized, don’t bother because they’ll be embarrassed when the front desk says, «well you can get an idea» and hold it up against themselves-which is what I was told. I’m pretty sure I can look at a picture and not waste my time walking into your store then. The prices were also expensive and put us in a dressing room without mirrors in the front of the store, so if they wanted to see what the dress looked like half on, they’d have to be In Plain sight. After the initial contact, they hid in the back and didn’t help at all or ask how we were coming along. Ultimately bought our dresses at Dressbarn next door for a fraction of the cost.

I went to Cinderella Bridals for my upcoming July 4th wedding. The service was excellent, and I found my dress there with the help of Erin, whom I strongly recommend using for your consult. She was the one who actually picked out my dress. I didn’t even think to try on the one she picked out, but it looked beautiful! My bridesmaids also got their dresses there as well, and there were no issues. I also used Ellen as my seamstress for my alterations, and they came out perfect as well. I highly recommend Cinderella Bridals. Plus their new store is more open and spacious. The only thing I dislike is their hours. That was the only inconvenience me and my girls had. I wish they were open later.

I was really excited to go to Cinderella after it being referred to me by a close friend. It was a HUGE disappointment. They are only open late one night a week which made it difficult for me to make an appointment due to my job. I finally got a 7pm appointment on Thursday night. When I got there I was ignored as I stood at the front desk for about 10 mins then, when I was finally able to tell them my name and that I was here for my appt, they told me that my consultant was finishing up with another bride and I could browse the bridesmaid dresses while I wait. The place is small, dingy and outdated. After another 10 mins my consultant finally takes me into the back room where the bridal gowns are and told me to start looking through the gowns and pick out some I wanted to try and walked away. They have a large selection but it is hard to find any dresses bc they are all packed in tight together on the rack and covered in plastic, which made none of the dresses appealing. I was very overwhelmed and my consultant was nowhere to be found! Finally she comes back and actually introduced herself as Erin and started to help me pull some dresses to try. By this time it was already 7:30 and they close at 8. I figured they wouldn’t rush me since it wasn’t my fault my appt didn’t start on time– WRONG! The entire appointment was rushed, Erin was rude and I could tell she was exhausted and didn’t care about me(or apparently making a sale) and just wanted to go home. She did not put any effort into clipping the dresses to show me what they would look like in my size. On top of that, we were not allowed to take pictures of me in the dresses, which in my personal experience I relied heavily on when making my final decision elsewhere. I got such a bad taste in my mouth from this place that I would not buy my dress from there even if I found one I liked– which I did not bc Erin didn’t listen or care about giving any insight on what looked good on me or what I wanted to try on. I do not recommend this place to anyone! There are much nicer bridal shops in the area with a friendly, helpful staff. I would give Cinderella zero stars if I could.

Once dress is purchased it’s impossible to get an appointment for alteration. They are closed Sundays n Monday n don’t offer alterations on Saturday. They are opened only one evening durning the week which is book soild for a least a month n half. How is someone with a job supposed to get the dress altered

I went with a group to pick out a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding. We weren’t really given any assistance when we were looking through and trying on dresses which wasn’t that big of a deal since we all pretty much knew what we were looking for. After picking out the dress we were all measured and set a date for our first fittings. I went for my first fitting a month before the wedding(I was told by the store that was plenty of time). When I tried on the dress the zipper only went halfway up my back — it was way too tight. One of the staff tried to zip it up unsuccessfully and then got the seamstress. It took two of them and a lot of pulling to finally zip it up all the way. Then they raved about how great it looked on me. When I explained to them that I couldn’t breath they said they were not able to let the dress out because of the design and there wasn’t enough time to order another one. The seamstress flat out told me in her annoying accent«maybe you loose a little weight before the wedding!!!» I furious to say the least. I could have starved myself for a month but there was no way I was going to loose weight in my bust area — it just doesn’t happen! The dress fit me perfectly everywhere else. Basically they never owned up to the fact that they ordered me the wrong size. I had to spend $ 115 for a corset-like bra and spanx(the women at the lingerie shop were also appauled at what a bad fitting job they did) to actually be able to zip the dress up the day of the wedding. Cinderalla bridals promised they would shorten the straps(which I really don’t believe they did) and shorten the dress — this cost me $ 50. After I got home and tried the dress on for my mom I realized the actual cup size in the dress was too large. Luckily I do know how to sew so the night before the wedding I was fixing that. Needless to say I could not fully enjoy myself at the wedding since the whole ensemble was SO tight. I just counted down the hours until I could take the whole thing off. I know the other bridesmaids also had issues with their dresses although none were as bad as my experience. I would never return back to this store. I’ve never been to a bridal shop where there was such a lack of assistance and unprofessionalism! Brides and bridesmaids beware.

My best friend came here to buy her wedding dress.(She looked very beautiful in it.) She sent her lovely 6 bridesmaids(myself included) here for our bridesmaid gowns. Here is the thing, she had a great experience here. I, did not. I felt from the moment I walked in that they did not want to service me. They were rude and snooty toward me. After I was fitted for my bridesmaid dress, I commented, «oh I might come back here to look at dresses for my upcoming wedding,» and the lady responded in the most stuck up manner, «well u have to make an appointment.» No excited tone, «congratulations! we would love to help you.» I was very taken aback by how I was treated. Isn’t customer satisfaction important to businesses? The only good thing of coming here is that the dress was 10% off because my friend bought her gown here.

I was really excited to go to Cinderella after hearing so much about them. The salesperson was lovely and they have some pretty gowns. If you’re looking for one specific gown, call to see if they have it as selection is limited.
