Citi Nails

This place is by far the worst pedicure I have ever had, so sloppy and quick, the woman that work here are so un-​friendly and rude and just want to get you done as fast as possible.
I think the real low point is when they break out the chesse grater for your feet.
Anyone who gives this place more than 1 star, has never had a good pedicure.
Dont even waste your time going here!

My first impression of this place was just wow, as soon as I walked it I was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner Tommy. He was exceptionally polite and took phenomenal care of me on my visit. I am definitely coming back asap!

I’ve been here a couple of times and they always do a half ass job, I’ve been here for manicures and eyebrows. The manicure was terrible it looked all slopped on and my eyebrows were waxed unevenly and are still growing back from it. And they also give massages too fast, its not enjoyable.

Came here because my usual place had a wait… they didn’t appear to have many customers or employees working. The man who performed my services was sitting there quietly, then made me wait with cold bath water while he went outside for a smoke. The services itself were done well and priced similarly to other salons in the area. I was done with my pedicure and gel manicure in about 1 hour 15 minutes, which I appreciated, although I’ve had longer hand & foot massages elsewhere. I might come back if other places are too busy, but it was nothing special.

This place is big & neat but a few employees can’t even do a simple polish. I scheduled an appointment for mani/​pedi & ask the manager for his best employee. They were not busy. I got stuck with a lady who did my pedi in 10 min including a foot «massage». She did a horrible job on cleaning my cuticles and even worse on the polish. After I asked her to remove nail polish from my skin, she asked me if some else can polish my feet, and went to attend another customer. This other lady took over 30 minutes applying nail polish & it was also bulky and messy. After being there for an hour I declined a mani. Will never be back again! If you don’t have time to waste & money ($ 25) for a horrible pedi. that you’ll redo yourself, skip this place.

I’ve been going here for about 4 years. The owner Tom and his wife Cindy are lovely people. They keep their appointments on time — I’ve waited maybe once for 5 min. I get LCN nails and their Pearl Spa pedicure. I would recommend to anyone! I even drive 30 min to get there form my town.
